Out Of Her Mind with Kobi Pollock - The Podcast

Kobi Pollock

Out Of Her Mind with Kobi Pollock: The Podcast for the woman that wants more. Out Of Her Mind with Kobi Pollock is a podcast for women who are tired of overthinking their lives and ready to come home to themselves. Through nervous system regulation, embodiment, slow living, NLP, and lived experience, Kobi explores how the stories we tell and the state we live from shape everything. Because real change doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from getting out of your mind and back into your body. This is your space if you’re done being exhausted, constantly giving to everyone else, and feeling buried beneath the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of life. If you’ve ever whispered to yourself, “There has to be more than this…” you’re in the right place. Out of her mind is not just a podcast... it's a movement, for the woman who is ready to come home to herself. To remember who she is beneath the titles, to reclaim her energy, her desires, and her joy. Here, we believe that.. WOMEN DON'T HEAL ALONE,  WE HEAL IN THE REFLECTIONS OF EACH OTHER.  When we share our stories, we create sacred mirrors. Spaces where we are seen, heard, accepted, and awakened. Because sometimes, it takes witnessing another woman’s truth to finally recognise our own. A few things I love are slow living, nature, reading, journaling, roller skating, animals (specifically goats and horses), helping others, my 2 boys and husband, living this amazing life.  Subscribe now and step into the next level of your life. Lie #2: Being Busy means you're doing well

In episode two of The 5 Lies Killing Your Calm series, we explore the belief that being busy means you're doing well. For many women, busyness has become a badge of honour. If we’re productive, organised and constantly doing… we must be successful, capable and valuable. But what if that belief is actually keeping you exhausted, overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself? In this episode, we explore: Why our culture rewards busynessHow this belief keeps your nervous system in survival modeThe hidden emotional cost of constantly doingWhy slowing down actually increases clarity and productivityA simple SLOW framework you can use to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourselfIf you've ever answered the question “How are you?” with “Busy…”  this episode is for you. Because calm women aren’t lazy. They’re intentional. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do… is slow down. 2. Lie #1: Stress is Normal - The 5 Lies Killing Your Calm Series

Lie #1: Stress is Normal - The 5 Lies Killing Your Calm Series

This is episode one in my five-part series “5 Lies That Are Killing Your Calm.” In this episode, we unpack one of the most normalised beliefs in modern life: The lie that stress is normal. Many women are living in constant overwhelm, rushing from one responsibility to the next, carrying the mental load of work, family and everything in between and because everyone else is doing the same, we start to believe this level of stress is simply normal. But it’s not. As a registered nurse, NLP practitioner and breathwork facilitator, I’ve seen firsthand what chronic stress does to the body, the mind and our sense of self. I also experienced it personally — burning out to the point where I couldn’t work for five months and didn’t want to be here anymore. In this episode we explore: • Why stress has become so normalised for women  • How modern life keeps our nervous systems in constant activation  • The real cost of living in survival mode  • Why calm is something you can intentionally create I also share my SLOW Living Framework — a simple tool to help you pause, reconnect with your body and start creating more calm in your everyday life. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted or disconnected from yourself, this episode is for you and this is just the beginning. In the next episode, we’ll unpack another belief many women live by: The lie that being busy means you're doing well. Reset & Rise Retreat... more than a girls weekend!

In this heartfelt and expansive conversation, Kobi Pollock is joined by her dear friend and fellow women’s mindset coach, Stacey Allison, to dive deep into the magic and meaning behind their Reset & Rise Retreats. Together, they explore why Reset & Rise is so much more than a girls’ weekend away and why so many women feel the quiet (and sometimes loud) pull towards retreat when life starts to feel heavy, disconnected, or misaligned. This episode speaks into: Choosing change over escapeSoftening the nervous systemBeing seen without fixingMoving through fearBelonging as you areHealing togetherLiving differently after retreatKobi and Stacey also share what the Reset & Rise Retreat feels like, who it’s for, and how they hold a deeply safe, nurturing space that meets each woman exactly where she is whether she’s exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving more. If you’ve been feeling the pull…  If you’ve been asking “Is this all there is?”  If something in your body knows it’s time to choose yourself… This conversation is for you 🤍 ✨ Upcoming Reset & Rise Retreats March – NoosaMay – MontvilleListen with an open heart, take a breath, and trust what stirs within you. How I move through a bad day!

In today’s episode, I’m sharing something deeply personal, a bad day I had just yesterday. For over a week I’d been feeling exhausted, emotional, and a little off… until it all caught up with me. The tears, the overwhelm, the inability to think clearly...  it hit hard. I’m a life coach, breathwork facilitator, and nurse and I still have bad days. Not because I’m failing, but because I’m human. In this episode, I walk you through the exact process I use to support myself when everything feels heavy. I call it the RECLAIM Reset — a gentle framework to help you recognise what’s happening, reach for support, choose yourself, allow the emotions to move, and take aligned action to move forward. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about listening, responding, and choosing again. You are not broken. You are listening.  And you don’t have to do this alone. 6. You don't need a breakdown to change. Episode #35

    JAN 27

You don't need a breakdown to change. Episode #35

Feeling stuck, numb, or just “functioning” through life?  In this episode of Out of Her Mind, Kobi Pollock dives into why you don’t need a breakdown to change your life. Drawing on her experience as a nurse, NLP and hypnosis practitioner, and breathwork facilitator, Kobi speaks into the small, quiet nudges of desire we often ignore, the ones that show us the life we truly want. Learn why numbness is your nervous system surviving, how slowing down and reconnecting to your body can help you step forward, and why desire is a valid reason to change. This episode is filled with guidance, gentle embodiment exercises, and the reassurance that women don’t heal alone, we heal in the reflections of each other. If you’re ready to step out of autopilot, tune in and discover how to listen, reconnect, and choose the life you actually want without waiting for a breakdown.
