    Send us Fan Mail Somewhere along the way, we, as a Christian community, seem to have fallen off the rails, with the establishment of superstar ministers and ministries filled with the excitement of music, lights, smoke, and other theatrics. Has taken center stage.  All of it is very entertaining, and I’m not suggesting any of this is sinful or ungodly. But how does it really get you closer to Christ? Our purpose - Our reason for existence is to honor the Lord. All Glory belongs to Christ. There is no other name by which we must be saved. Falling to our knees and humbly accepting the gift of salvation is the most important step for all of humanity.  In this episode, we dive into why reading Scripture for yourself is essential for spiritual growth, discernment, and a genuine relationship with God. While pastors, teachers, and religious leaders can provide guidance and wisdom, they should never replace personal study of the Word.   We explore how Scripture encourages believers to seek truth firsthand, test every teaching, and develop a faith rooted in revelation rather than tradition alone.     The Issues Within The Human Heart

    Send us Fan Mail I believe you will be enlightened  and drawn closer to the Lord after this podcast. There are times we find ourselves stuck repeating some of the same negative behaviors, thinking, and attitudes that we had hope would end when we came to Christ. However that is just the beginning of  this journey. My hope is the issues within the hearts of humanity will be revealed to you and that you will bring them to Christ with humility and genuine  desire for change. Jeremiah 17:9 Provides the starting point. Before any real change or work can be done by the Holy Spirit each us must come to agreement with the Jeremiahs declaration  in verse nine he declares the human heart  “is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it” without God it is impossible to grasps this. But lets be thankful today because we know that with God all things are possible- to them that believe. So lets say Amen right there, as we believe the Lord has made a way for us to address the issues within the human heart. I mean if hadn’t be for the lord let the people say I would not have made it.  Support the show

    Don't Be A Bush Without Fire

    Send us Fan Mail John the Baptist explains that he baptizes with water for repentance, but one greater than himself is coming. He will baptize with the Holy Spirit and with fire. Fire holds significant symbolism in both the Old and New Testaments. It represents a refining process that removes sin and also signifies God's judgment upon humanity.  For followers of Christ, the fire of God burns within, enabling believers to serve as a light to the world. This inner fire allows us to be like a candle on a table or a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden, bringing hope, peace, and love to a world in need. As believers, we possess a power greater than anything else in existence. However, I know many who claim to be followers yet do not demonstrate this power. Some do not consider it part of their experience, and others have never heard of the fire of God. In this podcast, I will share how the fire of God can bring transformative change. Providing direction, purpose, and deeper meaning. Your life can be filled with a force beyond anything previously experienced.  The fire is purposeful, not merely a display. Moses discovered God’s message and assignment within the fire, and we can find ours there as well. Do you desire the fire of God in your life? John stated that Christ would provide both the Holy Spirit and fire. Too many of us stop and never move to the fire. Now is time for you step towards the call of God in your life. Just like Moses was drawn to the fire the Holy Spirit draws us to allow the fire of God to do its work in our lives. This will be you after you understand how who operate with the authority Christ has  delegated to you as his follower.  The entire concept of delegated authority It really started with God giving humanity dominion or authority over the earth which is found in Genesis chapter 1 verse 26. Shortly thereafter humanity lost that authority with the fall of Adam and Eve. Now Satan being the deceiver and liar that he is manipulated the fall of Adam and Eve to position himself as a authoritarian over earth.  The next move was Jesus taking back all authority in heaven and earth which he declared in Matthew 28:18. Now this is where it gets amazing.Christ then re-delegates that authority or dominion to His followers (not all of humanity) but exclusively to those who believe in Him as Lord and Savior. Doing this can energize us for the tasks that stand before us. In a world that wants us to believe that busyness and putting out non stop effort is the pathway to success. Tend to Ignore the reality that this mindset more often than not  leads to ruined families and  burned out lives filled with anxiety, fear and stress. I believe rest, reflection, and refreshing are necessary to maintain a balanced, healthy and productive life experience.
