It quietly shapes an entire family, often in ways they don't see coming. In this deeply moving episode, Kai sits down with the Canlas Family: Filipino actor and musician Elijah Canlas, theatre actor and film producer Jerom Canlas, and their parents, Mr. Rommel Canlas and Mrs. Lyn Canlas, who also serve as trustees of KULIT: The JM Canlas Foundation. Together, they open up about navigating mental health challenges as a family, and how loss reshaped their understanding of love, responsibility, and presence. They reflect on the signs they misunderstood, yung mga conversations na sana nabanggit nila nang mas maaga, and the difficult but necessary process of learning and unlearning as a family. This is not a story about perfection; it's a story about growth, accountability, and choosing compassion, kahit unclear pa yung mga sagot. This episode is for young people who feel unseen, para sa mga magulang na tinatryma-bridge ang gap between love and understanding, and for families who want to navigate mental health conversations with greater awareness and care. Men Need Safe Spaces Too

Ever wondered what a man mourns when the world tells him he’s not allowed to? We rarely talk about men when we talk about mental health. From childhood, boys are raised to “Be strong,” “Wag umiyak,” and “Kaya mo ’yan”. Kaya pag lumaki na sila, they don’t know how to ask for help, because the world expects them to survive everything in silence. In this episode, we dive into that hidden emotional world: what happens after divorce, and how impossible expectations quietly push men past their limits. We unpack burnout, support systems, and the many forms of abuse such as emotional, verbal, at pati yung subtle na pag-take advantage sa oras and generosity. This is a confronting look at what men carry … and why this silence is costing lives. And our guest, Robert Rubin, opens up about his own journey, from post-divorce depression to losing his support system, to painfully rebuilding himself piece by piece. A tarot professional, author, intuitive mentor, and host of The Gentleman Warrior Podcast, Robert brings wisdom shaped by trauma, healing, and lived experience. His perspective is raw, honest, and deeply human, the kind of voice men rarely get to hear… and rarely get to claim space for. Tune in now if we want healthier men, families, and relationships. Conversations like this can’t be optional anymore. Healing Through Nature and Movement

Kai sits down with Koi Grey, trail ambassador for Spartan Race PH and Garmin Philippines, an adventure athlete na halos bahay na ang Cordillera mountains. Nagkwentuhan sila tungkol sa healing through movement, intuition, and nature  paano nakakatulong ang grounding, breathwork, at flow state sa pagbalik ng peace of mind. Part 4 - Healers Don’t Heal You.. Here’s Why..

In this series-ender episode, we sit down again with Gabriel Thoth, the mind behind Infinity Coaching and the upcoming book Mind Bending. Dito, we talk about the real power of beliefs, kung paano mo unconsciously binibigay ‘yung power mo sa iba, at paano mo pwedeng kunin ‘yon pabalik. Plus, he shares why questioning everything, even God, might actually be part of knowing yourself! Pakinggan mo na ‘tong last episode ng season, promise, hindi kailangan ng incense o crystals para ma-gets mo ‘to.. This is the last part of a 4-part series, so stay tuned! Part 3 - How To Escape Negative Mental Programming

Same type of people, same problem, same ending? Hindi ka baliw, programmed ka lang. Kasama pa rin natin si Gabriel Thoth is not your typical “healer.” Gabriel talks about how the way you see things kinda becomes your whole vibe in life. Pero minsan, hindi mo alam, ‘yung utak mo pala may sariling autopilot galing pa sa mga old beliefs, fears, at mga pinagdaanan mo noon na hindi mo pa talaga na let go. He explains how your subconscious runs everything; kung paano ka mag-isip, makaramdam, at mag-decide. Once you start noticing those subtle patterns, dun na nagsisimula ‘yung totoong reset ‘yung moment na unti-unti mong nakikilala kung sino ka talaga beyond all the stories you grew up with. This is Part 3 of a 4-part series, so stay tuned! Part 2 - Body as a Pharmacy: Kaya Mo Bang Mag-Heal Nang Walang Gamot?

Hindi lahat ng gamot nabibili. May mga bagay na kaya mong gawin anytime, anywhere kahit libre, at kahit mag-isa. Gusto mong malaman paano? Gabriel also walks us through brain states, bakit meditation is “soul’s medication”, at kung paanong ang beliefs mo nagpo-program ng reality mo. Kaya kung sawa ka na sa everyday stress at sa routines na parang dini-drain ang energy and life out of you, baka this convo can help you find peace and live with intention. 👉 This is Part 2 of a 4-part series, so stay tuned! Part 1 - Don’t Like Your Life Right Now? Watch This.

Kung feeling mo minsan parang trapped ka sa sariling utak mo with overthinking, anxious, o parang inuulit-ulit mo na lang yung lumang kwento ng buhay mo…well, this episode will mess with your brain in a good way. We have Gabriel Thoth as our guest for this episode! Isang intuitive consultant, holistic practitioner, tarot reader, at certified hypnotherapist. Aba, hindi ito basta-basta, ha. Ito ay high level of understanding kung ano tayo as a functioning human, at kung maiintindihan mo lahat ng sinabi ni Gabriel, mas maiintindihan mo kung bakit tayo nag rereact sa certain way or patterns ika nga.  Sa episode na to, maririnig mo ang topic about past life regression, at kung paano gumagana ang “karma” na parang algorithm. Pero hindi lang yan, sinimplify din ni Gabriel yung brainwave states (Beta, Alpha, Theta) in a way na kahit normal person maiintindihan ‘to. Like, bakit kaya nakakapagisip tayo nang malalim minsan pag nag sh0-shower? Eh kasi, nasa ibang brain state ka pala nun! Mind-blowing diba? 👉 This is Part 1 of a 4-part series, so stay tuned kasi mas lalo pang lalalim sa susunod.
