Following the Light Within: Grace Williams on Healing, Nourishment & Coming Home to Self

In this episode of Beyond the KUOTES, I interview Grace Williams, a certified health coach who shares her inspiring journey from a high-pressure career in law to a life of alignment as a holistic health coach. Grace so beautifully shares her journey navigating some of life's most difficult challenges, including her diagnosis with MS and how she became a career for both her parents who were  simultaneously diagnosed with cancer-  a time which profoundly shaped her perspective on both life and health.    We explore the the role of spirituality in navigating her grief and the peace that this connection has given her. Grace speaks with such tenderness about the importance of true nourishment — through food, energy, rest, and reflection — and how reconnecting with ourselves can often become the first step towards living a life of true happiness.   Grace’s ability to transform her pain into purpose is a radiant reminder of the quiet strength within women and the light that emerges when we choose to live in alignment with who we truly are.  Her story is stunning reflection of what it means to be a kind-hearted human and a true expression of love in this world.  With love,  Kora x Follow Grace : g_documented KUOTES instagram: @KUOTES_london Sign-up to KUOTES Waitlist: https://kuotes.co.uk?utm_source=beyondthekuotes&utm_medium=podcast&utm_campaign=Launchdress Kora's Instagram: @koragault
