    🎙️ Roman Took a Mexican Destroyer?! And What Happened to Money in the Bank?

    Wrasslin’ Wroundtable Episode 83 Roman Reigns took a Mexican Destroyer. Money in the Bank somehow stopped feeling dangerous. And Dirty Dom may have just lost more than a championship. Yeah. We've got some things to talk about. This week, Ryan Hall and Dominique LaRue dig into a Raw classic that proved sometimes the loser gets the biggest rub, ask how one of WWE's greatest gimmicks lost so much of its magic, and wonder whether Dominik Mysterio's latest loss could be the first crack in his entire faction. And seriously... ROMAN REIGNS TOOK A MEXICAN DESTROYER. 2026 is weird, y'all. • Roman Reigns vs. Penta: Sometimes the Loser Wins Roman Reigns and Penta delivered a classic on Raw—but despite taking the loss, Penta may have walked away with the biggest win of all. Ryan and Dom talk about why wrestling sometimes isn't about who gets their hand raised. Put someone in the ring with a star the size of Roman Reigns, let them push him to his limit, and suddenly the audience sees them differently. Penta looked like he belonged. It could represent a genuine sea change for professional wrestling. Ryan and Dom discuss what their arrival means for AEW, WWE, and wrestlers searching for alternatives. They also ask the unavoidable question: Why would WWE ask two men who helped make the company a fortune—and built one of wrestling’s most successful acts—to accept such a massive pay cut? They may still perform at an elite level, but the company cannot rely on the same names forever. So, who is truly next? Oba Femi? Bron Breakker? Trick Williams? Je’Von Evans?
