I loved hearing your post cast on prayer.
Here is my take on prayer … so much to write but I will write only a few insights
1. We pray to the Father is very important and not generic God…….
2. We need to pray specifically more to include the Trinity and each of them in mind.
Example ( Ephesians 1)
We would thank the Father for His choosing, the Son for redemption and the His Spirit for comfort or opening our eyes to CHRIST, etc.
3. Praying all scripture and not our words only - my husband and I take any passage of scripture and pray to the Father, the Son and His Spirit … thank, praise, adore and petition for others.
4. Trying to go through the same book of the Bible more than once in prayer has opened our eyes to so much more about Who He is and to be Amazed, in awe, wonder, meditate and reflect with ponder of His plan, purposes, timing, sovereignty, providence and goodness…
Etc…
