New Moon in Virgo September 2026: A Pathway to Possibility

In this episode of the Love Your Journey Podcast, Tara Jo explores the energy of the New Moon in Virgo and the invitation it brings to refine the way we are living, caring for ourselves, and moving through change. As Tara prepares to move from her Calgary home and close another chapter, she reflects on the routines, rituals, choices, and practices that have helped her create a steadier foundation through seasons of stress, caregiving, uncertainty, and transition. This episode is about getting honest about what is actually supporting you right now. What habits still fit? What are you tolerating that may be taking up more energy than you realize? What deserves your time, attention, and devotion? What small adjustment could create a meaningful ripple through your life? Tara shares why sustainable change is often less about completely reinventing yourself and more about refining what is already there, clearing what no longer belongs, listening to your body, and making choices that align with how you truly want to feel. She also introduces her New Moon Pathway to Possibility Guidebook and 7 Day Audio Experience, created to help women explore their own desires, habits, priorities, emotional well-being, and next steps with more curiosity and clarity. Sometimes one curious question can open a pathway you could not see before.  Lean in.   Want the guidebook only? Fitness Is a Capacity, Not a Look: Strength, Perimenopause & Sustainable Fitness with Jessica Smith

What does fitness look like when we stop making it about burning calories, changing our bodies, or pushing ourselves harder? In this episode of the Love Your Journey Podcast, Tara Jo sits down with longtime fitness professional Jessica Smith for a beautifully honest conversation about women’s fitness, body image, strength training, perimenopause, chronic illness, and learning to honour the body you’re actually living in. Tara Jo first discovered Jessica’s workouts more than a decade ago during her own health journey, and one thing has remained consistent throughout Jessica’s work: you know your body best. Together, they talk about the conditioning women have received around weight, exercise and what a “fit” body should look like, and why Jessica now believes fitness is a capacity, not a look. They also explore strength training during perimenopause, muscle and bone health, changing energy and capacity, consistency over intensity, and why a pause or a season of doing less does not mean you’ve failed or have to start over. At the heart of this conversation is one simple question: What does my body need from me right now? If this conversation resonated with you, follow the Love Your Journey Podcast and share this episode with someone who might need to hear it today. Have you ever noticed friction or unexpected shifts in your relationships or business just as you start stepping into deeper alignment?  Come lean in and explore a deeply reflective space with me. In this episode,  I am unpacking a personal lesson around client boundaries, emotional projections, and the discomfort that often arises when we stop trying to be the "saviour" and instead invite others to turn inward. Whether you are an entrepreneur or simply navigating human connection, this conversation is an invitation to explore the realities of emotional safety, somatic awareness, and why having honest, conscious conversations matters so much. Key Takeaways Honoring Your Boundaries: Recognizing when your energy is being pushed and giving yourself permission to step into a fair, aligned exchange.Stepping Out of the Savior Role: Understanding why true transformation happens when we hold space rather than carrying everyone else's answers.Somatic Awareness: Exploring why "issues are in your tissues," how your body signals out-of-alignment dynamics, and how to gently sit with uncomfortable emotions. The Power of Conscious Connection: Why conflict doesn’t have to mean ghosting or shutting down, and how nervous system regulation creates safer spaces for real dialogue.Send us Fan Mail Support the show Thank you for tuning in to the Love Your Journey podcast! 💖  If this episode spoke to your heart, I’d love it if you shared it with someone who needs a little magic today. I Knew There Had to Be More: A New Diagnosis After Two Concussions

For more than a year, Tara Jo kept hearing the same thing: This is just post-concussive syndrome. This is something you’re going to have to learn to live with. But something inside her kept saying there had to be more. In this episode, Tara Jo shares what led to a diagnosis of severe growth hormone deficiency after two concussions, a condition that can occur after a brain injury but isn’t always recognized. She opens up about the kind of depletion she’s struggled to put into words, why the thought of daily injections has brought up unexpected emotions, and how memories of caring for her brother have shaped the way she’s approaching this next chapter. More than a conversation about a diagnosis, this episode is about self-advocacy, trusting your instincts, and holding onto hope when the answers aren’t coming easily. Tara Jo also shares the simple practices that have supported her through recovery, from changing the way she speaks to herself to using visualization and gentle mindset shifts to create more space for possibility. If you’ve ever felt like your body wasn’t cooperating, or you’ve known deep down that something wasn’t adding up, this episode is a reminder to keep asking questions, keep listening to yourself, and remember that sometimes another piece of the puzzle is still waiting to be found.
