Spill The Tea Unfiltered

Spill the Tea Unfiltered is a raw, honest podcast born from a story neither host could have made up if they tried. Lauren was married. Amber thought she was starting something new. Neither woman knew they were connected… until one suspicious charge, two pre-purchased movie tickets, and a gut feeling Lauren couldn’t ignore led her straight to a movie theater—where she came face-to-face with the woman her husband was dating. That woman was Amber. What could have turned into blame, anger, or silence became something neither of them expected… truth, friendship, healing, and eventually, a microphone. Now hosted by Lauren and Amber, Spill the Tea Unfiltered turns heartbreak into healing, red flags into reality checks, and hard lessons into conversations women everywhere need to hear. From love bombing, gaslighting, betrayal, divorce, and starting over to boundaries, self-worth, dating, and learning to trust your intuition again… nothing is off-limits. With humor, honesty, and zero sugarcoating, Lauren and Amber sip, spill, and serve the kind of conversations that make you laugh, think, heal, and maybe text your best friend, “Okay… you need to hear this.” Because peace, healing, and choosing yourself will always be worth it. ☕

What About the Boys with Jared Miller of Still Waters US

In this week's episode of Spill the Tea Unfiltered, Lauren and Amber welcome Jared Miller of Still Waters US, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting male survivors of human trafficking on their journey toward healing and restoration. Still Waters US is working toward a powerful mission: providing Christ-centered, trauma-informed residential care for boys who have survived human trafficking. With extremely limited residential resources available specifically for male survivors in the United States, Jared and his team are determined to help bridge a critical gap in survivor support. After finding a promising location for their future residential program, the team is working to create a safe, supportive environment where boys can access the resources, guidance, and care they need to begin rebuilding their lives. Throughout this important conversation, Jared shares the organization's vision, the challenges male survivors face, and why boys are too often overlooked in conversations surrounding human trafficking. Together, we explore the importance of recognizing that trafficking can affect anyone, regardless of gender, and why every survivor deserves access to safety, compassion, and the opportunity to heal. Still Waters US is currently in the fundraising phase of its mission, and community support is essential to helping turn this vision into reality. If you are able, we encourage you to consider supporting this meaningful cause through a donation or by helping spread awareness. As a nonprofit organization, Still Waters US may offer tax-deductible donation opportunities, depending on applicable tax rules.
