The T.R.O.N. Podcast

Rashad Woods

Hello and thank you for coming! I’d like you all to know a little about me. My name is Rashad Woods, the creator of The T.R.O.N. Podcast, The Randomness of Nothing. I decided to dive into the world of podcasting because I am always seeking answers to the world around me. Often times, I’ll dive deep into for hours on the internet or a documentary just to find out interesting information. I decided to call this podcast the randomness of nothing, because well, random thoughts of interest fill my days! I love to learn about new things, how they work, how they were made or what people do for a living and why. Folks frequently tell me in casual conversations about all the random weird things I seem to know about, and yeah, I’m kind of a geek when it comes to that! It came to me to take that interest to the next level by talking to subject matter experts in topics that interest me! I hope you become a dedicated listener to the podcast! In my free time, I work out, watch movies and practice martial arts. I have a black belt in Tang Soo Do, a brown belt in Taekwondo and currently practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Let’s dive in and take the trip into randomness together!

How Voice Biomarkers Predict Stress and Burnout with Alex Fredericks

Alex Fredericks is a seasoned growth engineer, deep-health strategist, and the Founder & CEO of ToneWell—a pioneering wellness intelligence platform changing how we understand the human body. After spending over 20 years building high-impact market engines and scaling over 50 consumer products, Alex turned his attention to a critical flaw in modern health optimization: data overload. Recognizing that consumers are drowning in complex health spreadsheets and wearable metrics, he founded ToneWell to act as a translation layer between subtle bodily signals and real-life daily action. Under his leadership, ToneWell has bypassed traditional, hardware-heavy tracking models. Instead, the platform utilizes software that analyzes thousands of acoustic biomarkers from a simple, 30-second voice note. By cross-referencing these frequencies against a fixed spectroscopic reference library, ToneWell delivers an instant Performance Readiness Scan™. This zero-friction scan maps out real-time nervous system stress, sleep quality, inflammation, and hydration levels without a single blood draw or smartwatch. As a Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Alex applies martial arts principles of fluid adaptability to early-stage tech innovation. He is a fierce advocate for user data privacy, refusing to monetize personal biometrics. Alex joins us today to discuss how your voice acts as an early warning signal for stress, how to optimize daily performance without buying more hardware, and why the future of wellness relies on analytics rather than just diagnoses.
