Episode 73: A Mid-Life Awakening with Dr. Christina Kintop

There are seasons in life when we realize we don't feel like ourselves any more. Perhaps that’s not a problem to solve, and rather an invitation to pay attention, to connect within. In this episode of Whole Mom, we're joined by Dr. Christina Kintop, a fourth-generation chiropractor, wife, mom, and host of The Healing Pause Podcast. Dr. Christina is passionate about supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, and our conversation goes beyond the physical changes of navigating these changes. We reflect on transitions, Dr. Christina's own midlife awakening, what it means to live in alignment, and the importance of creating space to pause and listen to what’s happening within us. This conversation is a loving, gentle reminder that these seasons of change can also be seasons of coming reconnecting with ourselves. Dr. Christina also hosts the annual Women’s Symposium in Superior, WI, bringing together local experts to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause—not just to survive this season, but to thrive in it. If you’re in a mid-life season of transition, this episode meets you right where you are. Episode 70: Life After Breast Cancer - Our Stories & Our Legacy with Chelsea Piazza Willsey

Join us for a new Whole Mom episode with Chelsea Piazza Willsey, a mom, wife, coach, author, and breast cancer survivor. We explore what it can feel like to lose yourself in motherhood, and what happens when life gives you a reason to pause and ask, “Is this really the life I want?” Chelsea bravely shares about her lived experience with breast cancer and the way facing our mortality can change how we see our lives, our work, and our legacy. We discuss following the passions that keep calling us, for Chelsea it was her love of Feng Shui, and navigating her career pivot from HR executive to her life long dream of becoming an Author. Her memoir, Finding Chelsea, comes out in October 2026. This conversation is about so much more than career change or finding yourself. It’s about giving ourselves permission to evolve, listening to what matters, and having the courage to take the next step, even when we’re afraid. Finding your way back to yourself when life changes everything. *A gentle edit: A human moment in this episode, when referring Chelsea's book designer, her name is Victoria not Virgina (oops!) Episode 69: If You Did Know, What Would the Answer Be?

What if you don’t need to have the whole plan figured out before you take the next step? This episode we're unpacking work, service and passion projects —not just what do I do?, but what kind of work actually lights me up? We're exploring with the idea of a portfolio career and what it means to be a multi-passionate woman in a world that often tells us to pick one thing, find our calling, and stay in our lane. What if our work and our lives are allowed to evolve? In this episode of Whole Mom, we're tuning inwards to listen to our curiosity, paying attention to what energizes us, and giving ourselves permission to explore the parts of ourselves want to be expressed. I also share a question from Brooke Castillo that has been surprisingly powerful for me: “If you did know, what would the answer be?” Because sometimes we’re not actually looking for the perfect answer. We’re looking for enough clarity to take one tiny step. I’m sharing what this looks like for me right now, including a passion project I’m exploring alongside some soulful women business owners—and what it feels like to be willing to be in the beginning without needing to know exactly where something will lead. We don’t need the whole plan. Start with the question: If I did know, what would the answer be? And then take one tiny step toward it. This episode is an invitation to be curious, trust what lights us up, and begin embodying the whole women that we already are.
