    15 Minute Chakra Elevating Guided Breathwork

    This breathwork session consists of three rounds, each lasting three minutes, focusing on a different energy center. After each round, there is a one minute exhale retention. In the first round, we breathe into the root chakra, followed by the heart chakra in the second round and conclude with the third eye chakra in the final round. I really enjoyed making this one, my heart was filled with gratitude during the mediation.
