Whole Woman Awakening

Kelly Patton

Whole Woman Awakening is a podcast for women finding their way back to themselves. Hosted by intuitive, energy worker, women’s coach, and artist Kelly Patton, this is a space for exploring what it means to step out of the box and into your authentic life. We question the scripts we’ve inherited, challenge what we’ve been taught, and explore what becomes possible when we stop living someone else’s story. For the woman who is done living small, done living by fear, and ready to trust the wisdom within her. Come curious. Come open. Come home to the woman you were always meant to be.

I Was Afraid To Lose Love And Lost Myself

I Was Afraid of Losing Love and Lost Myself How do you know when it’s time to let go? And what happens when letting go feels like it might cost you the love, relationship, friendship, or life you’ve worked so hard to hold onto? In this deeply personal episode, I’m talking about the terrifying space between I don’t want to lose this and I can’t keep losing myself. I share some of my own story of arriving at a hard no—and the realization that sometimes the hardest thing isn’t letting go of another person. It’s letting go of the version of yourself who has learned to self-abandon in order to keep the peace, preserve connection, or remain loved. We’ll talk about marriage and friendship, boundaries and fear, and the complicated grief that comes when you finally choose something you know you need—even when your heart is still catching up. Because making the decision is only one part of letting go. Then come the waves. The grief. The doubt. The relief. The loneliness. The anger. The tenderness. The moments when you question everything. So how do we stay with ourselves through all of that? How do we strengthen the relationship we have with ourselves so that we can move through change without abandoning ourselves all over again? This is a conversation about letting go—but even more than that, it’s a conversation about coming home to yourself. What Happened: From Marriage Advocate To Divorced

After a long break, I’m back. And there’s a lot to talk about. In this episode, I’m sharing what happened in my marriage—and how I went from being a fierce advocate for marriage to making the decision to divorce. We circled back to the same conclusion three different times in five months. Eventually, I had to face something I had spent years believing wasn’t possible: sometimes love, commitment, hard work, and the willingness to change are not enough to make a marriage work. But the biggest shift hasn’t just been in my marriage. It’s been in me.I’m questioning—and releasing—some of the hard principles I once held around marriage, motherhood, womanhood, homeschooling, work, and what it means to be a “good” woman.I was once adamant that motherhood belonged at the center of a woman’s life. I believed deeply in homeschooling and unschooling. I believed that almost any marriage could be saved if a woman worked hard enough, communicated well enough, loved deeply enough, and gave her husband the opportunity to meet her there.I don’t believe those things the way I once did.And strangely, that doesn’t feel like failure. It feels like becoming more honest. This episode is a conversation about divorce, identity, motherhood, intuition, spirit, energy, authenticity, and what happens when the life you thought you were supposed to want no longer fits. This is the reboot of the podcast. And, in a lot of ways, it’s a reboot of me.Welcome back to Whole Woman Awakening. If you are interested in the Seen Sessions launching 9/25 and culminating in an in-person retreat and portrait shoot in Austin, TX 10/23/2026, here is a link for more info. Why Most Women Never Experience Deep Pleasure (And How to Change That)

What if the kind of pleasure you’ve experienced so far… isn’t the full picture? In this episode, we’re going deeper—into a conversation most women were never taught to have, and rarely shown how to explore. This isn’t about performance or pressure. It’s about reconnecting to your body, rebuilding sensitivity, and learning how to feel safe enough to experience more. I share how deeper, internal pleasure is something that can be developed over time through presence, awareness, and intentional practice—not something reserved for a “lucky few.” We talk about: • Why so many women feel disconnected during intimacy • How to begin retraining your brain-body connection • Simple, daily practices to increase sensitivity and awareness • The role of safety, surrender, and trust in deeper experiences • Understanding internal pleasure and how to explore it • Why emotional release can be part of true body connection This conversation is for the woman who senses there’s more available to her… and is ready to begin exploring that, gently and on her own terms. Resources mentioned in this episode are linked in the show notes. If this resonates, share it with a woman who’s ready to feel more connected, more alive, and more at home in her body. The Truth About Connection in Marriage (Most Couples Miss This)

If your marriage feels a little distant lately… this is for you. Not because something is broken— but because connection isn’t something that maintains itself. In this episode, I’m sharing the real reason couples slowly drift apart… and the simple, intentional shifts that bring connection back to life. We’re talking about: - Why connection is something you *build*, not something you “have” - The biggest mistake couples make with “quality time” - Small daily shifts that completely change your dynamic - How to bring more fun, play, and ease back into your relationship - And the most powerful (and often overlooked) way to create deep connection This isn’t about adding more pressure to your life. It’s about remembering what actually makes a relationship feel alive again. ✨ And next week—we’re going deeper into the most intimate and transformative piece of connection. --- 🎙️ After you listen, tell me in the comments: What’s one simple way you could reconnect with your husband this week? --- Subscribe for weekly conversations on marriage, motherhood, and feminine living. http://wholewomanawakening.com --- #marriage #relationshipadvice #marriagehelp #connection #loveandrespect #marriagetips #relationshiptips #intentionalmarriage #wives #motherhood #femininity #selfgrowth #personaldevelopment #relationships #familylife #strongmarriages #marriagegoals #wifelife #podcastforwomen
