What ChatGPT Can (and Can't) Tell You About Your Pain

Last week I posted a Reel making fun of the exact moment I know a patient has been asking ChatGPT for a diagnosis. Most people laughed. Then the comments started, and they were far more interesting than the joke. Someone said ChatGPT had solved something four physios had missed. Someone else said after 40 appointments, a bot was the only thing that had actually helped. A few people talked about years of chronic illness, and having to walk into appointments armed with possible diagnoses just to be taken seriously. So in this episode, I'm properly unpacking it. Not "should you use AI," because I think that question misses the point. It's about what job you're actually giving it. You'll learn: The real difference between AI generating possibilities and a clinician making a diagnosis How I use AI myself, and where I draw the line Where AI genuinely earns its place, before an appointment, with a scan report, and between sessions The one question that stops you from just confirming what you already fear What to actually say in the room so you never have to hide your research again This one's for anyone who's ever felt a bit sheepish about Googling their symptoms. You're not the problem. 📍Resources: Download my free AI Prompts for Pain & Injuries guide, the exact prompts from this episode -> https://bit.ly/4yXgVay Check out the GLOW10 Tribe, strength training in 10 minutes a day, real results (hyperlink: https://glowphysio.com.au/glow10-tribe-3/) Follow me on Instagram: @glowwithlibby (hyperlink: www.instagram.com/glowwithlibby) DM me after listening and tell me, have you ever felt judged for researching your own symptoms?

Mistakes I Made When I First Started Lifting Weights

Ever look back at how you used to do things and cringe a little? In this episode, I'm taking you back to the gym I joined when I was 17, and every strength training mistake I made without realising it. Treating cardio as the main event. Making every exercise more complicated than it needed to be. Changing my program every few weeks before I'd given it a chance to actually work. I'm not sharing this to be hard on my younger self. I was doing the best I could with the information I had at the time. But if you're doing your own version of these mistakes right now, this episode might save you a lot of the years it took me to figure it out. You'll learn: Why putting cardio first might be working against your strength goals The difference between a complicated exercise and an effective one Why changing your program every few weeks could be the reason you're not getting stronger The three questions to ask yourself if getting stronger is actually your goal Why spot reduction is a myth, yes, even the inner thigh machine This one is part confession, part practical framework, and a reminder that if nobody has taught you the principles yet, that is not a personal failing. 🔗Resources: Check out the GLOW10 Tribe – 10 minutes a day, real results (hyperlink to https://glowphysio.com.au/glow10-tribe-join) Follow me on Instagram: @glowwithlibby (hyperlink to www.instagram.com/glowwithlibby) - DM me after listening and tell me, which mistake did you recognise in yourself?

Let's Get Puffed: The Truth About Cardio, Cortisol and the Gap Strength Training Doesn't Fill

Does pushing your intensity in a workout spike your cortisol and stop you losing weight? It's one of the questions I get asked more than almost any other, and this week I'm giving you the actual evidence behind it. In this episode, I'm walking through what's really happening in your body during high intensity cardio, why the moderate zone is often the real problem, and the specific metabolic benefits of true HIIT and sprint interval training that steady cardio simply can't replicate. I'm also talking about the gap cardio fills that strength training doesn't touch. Because as much as I love a heavy lift, it won't build your stamina for a hill, a long airport walk, or an afternoon keeping up with grandkids. You'll learn: Whether high intensity intervals actually spike cortisol in a way that works against you How much true high intensity cardio you actually need each week (it's less than you think) The insulin and metabolic benefits specific to HIIT and SIT Why the grey zone of moderate cardio is where most women get stuck The one system cardio trains that strength training never will Plus, a first look at our upcoming GLOW10 challenge, Let's Get Puffed, launching for members only this month, and a reminder to GLOW10 Tribe members about the full "What About Cardio" masterclass already sitting in your member area.
