    I’ve been asked how I’ve done it, how I’ve gotten into this world of spirituality. It took me a minute to ponder the starting point. Or, the intentional restart point I should say. For me, it started with identifying the intuition location in my body, and playing with that. Slowly it led to more and more subtle energies, to eventually becoming the observer of the energies; not the reactor. In my mini-podcasts I open the audio note feature on my phone and just start letting out the insights that pop in at any given moment. That said, it’s not frivolous information, it’s when I feel inspired to share an awareness, a lesson, or something that I’m passionate about in my current work. These are not polished, they’re not rehearsed, and there could be some back-round noise, but my point is to get out a message, not to be polished. No more silo efforts of various avenues to reach optimal health - we’re merging the work of inner (body) world and outer (sensory) world for complete care of mind, body resonance. Elle Rio- As a professional musician, an Emotional Intelligence Coach and Facilitator, a Nutritionist, a Biofield Tuning Practitioner, a Human Design Educator, an Applied Kinesiologist, and Detox Coach, Elle has blended her unique gifts and insight from her lifetime of study and application to support others in finding resolution in the areas of health, wellness, and wholeness. Through her business Body Wisdom Inc, she has become a practitioner of her own design, blending her tools and knowledge to assist others in personalized detoxes that help regulate the nervous system, create efficient energy streams and support the body in returning to its optimal function as a whole. She engages with the entire system of the human and uses Human Design and Emotional Intelligence coaching as a further connection to understanding the mental and emotional collaboration needed, as the physical detox makes way to stabilize, enrich and encapsulate sustainable transformation while navigating as a whole human being in relationship to others and the world. And while Elle has many tools in her background, the biggest gift is her presence and intuitive sense that meets a person where they are and offers a door of possibility to step into, while empowering and uplifting that individual to fully and deeply listen to their inner authority and live into the full expression of who they truly are with every breath. The gift is the journey…. not the destination… and she embodies this as a practice in her own life and work!
