    Sweating Out April Fool’s Day, Amanda + West, and European Wax Center

    New mics, new us!! We are always looking for ways to shake it up chicago and changing all of our production operations is one way to keep everyone on their toes! Our P’s may be popping and our volume levels may be inconsistent but the one thing you can rely on is that we will be yapping up a storm. Gabby speaks vulnerably about being a Puther, we saw Project Hail Mary in theaters as our March movie, Gab got a red light mask, G finished Wuthering Heights (finallyyyy), Sabrina Carpenter has a House Tour music video coming out, Olivia Rodrigo announced her third studio album name and release date, and Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen welcomed a baby girl into this world. And those are just a few items covered in this week’s ep! We also discuss how April Fool’s day is the worst day on social media. AI and Poo Crave are already getting our asses on a daily basis, no need to make a whole holiday about it. Additionally, we chat more about the Amanda and West drama, along with how European Wax Center did the funniest thing possible and leaned in on Jake Shane’s shit talking. We love how everyone has a unique EWC experience of their own; it’s honestly beautiful how universal it is. What’s also beautiful is how much we love you all!     Sweating Out Reale Actives, Birthdays, and Southern Charm

    It’s one of the best weeks of the year, aka the week between Gab and G’s birthdays! Gab turned 25 and isn’t feeling like an old person because luckily Leo DiCaprio would still date her. Next year is a different story though… We recently attended an at-home Hibachi night and just want to say we are overrrrr trivia. Mostly because we suck at it. The sisters chat about birthday freebies and how society is being ruined by the app. What happened to just bringing your ID into an establishment and getting something for free on your bday?! We also chat about Alix Earle’s new skincare brand Reale Actives, which we are absolutely here for. One thing you can count on is us being influenced to buy any influencer brand, or really buy anything in general! We also discuss Taylor Lautner and Taylor Lautner being pregnant with their first child (they have the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever), Taylor and Travis at the iHeart Music Awards, how sprinkles are making a comeback, and Gab fills G in on the happenings of Summer House and Southern Charm.     Sweating Out Taylor Frankie Paul, Baywatch, and Luke Combs

    Holy drama, we have a lot to discuss this week in regard to Mormon Wives, The Bachelorette, and Taylor Frankie Paul! We have been living, breathing and eating The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 4. We practically live in Provo, Utah, drink dirty sodas, and get into constant fights. It’s exhausting work! We chat about the important Oscars highlights, such as Joe Burrow being seen with Alix Earle, Tate McCrae, and Stassie Baby, Michael B Jordan going to In-N-Out after winning, and Troye Sivan being spotted with Connor Storrie. For real, that duo would be a dream come true for SWS!! No awards are mentioned. Like we said, we only discussed the important things. G shares about her growing obsession with Luke Combs post Therapuss episode and the release of his new album “The Way I Am”. We are big fans of Mr. Combs around here! We wrap up by chatting about Punch the Monkey’s new boo (aka Punchess) and how according to an official Harvard study, having a close sister relationship is a natural antidepressant.     Sweating Out Santa Barbara, Donna Kelce’s Home Renovations, and Lithium Batteries

    The sisters went on a trip for their mom’s fiftieth birthday and somehow turned it into a sister vacay and made it allll about them. Santa Barbara (pronounced with a lisp) was incredibly moving. The trip was a huge success and the sisters are obsessed beyond. Add it to your list of must-visit places if you haven’t been already! It does sound like we are a part of their tourism team but something about us is that we are neverrrrr getting paid. Only spending our hard earned money and also giving away all of our time. We then chat about Joe Burrow and Jessica Alba (??? huh???), Donna Kelce’s Florida home renovations, Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette, margaritas, and bringing podcast equipment across state lines. This leads us to delve into Lithium-ion batteries on planes and we hadddd to phone a friend. Cue in smarty pants to help us figure this out! Do we still really have any idea what lithium batteries are? Nope! Fingers crossed we don’t start a fire in cargo hold at the bottom of the plane!  xoxo, your sweaty sisters

    Sweating Out Jake Shane, Wedding Bods, and Middle Parts

    Happy Monday to all who celebrate! Today we’ve got an extra long ep for you all! This week the sisters truly just yap. I mean it’s really as simple as that. We chatted about our weeks, Therapuss/Jake Shane, the weather, boob sweat, middle parts, getting wedding ready, creating healthy habits, Rob Rausch, Sarah J Mass, Dairy Boy Sport, etc etc. Like maybe it’d be easier to type out what we didn’t talk about?! One unsurprising thing is Gab falling for the AI pics of Zendaya and Tom Holland’s “wedding”. Anyone know of a school we can send her to where she can learn how to identify AI and stop falling for all these fake pics and videos?! LMK!     Sweating Out Gabby’s Engagement, Wuthering Heights, and Sofia Franklyn

    Ahhhh sister Gabby is engaged!!! Smarty pants proposed!!!! We chat at great length and in extreme detail about alllll of it. Really all you need to take away from this story is that G is straight up Margot Robbie. Let’s get her an agent and start filming the self tapes now! But in all seriousness, it took a village and a lot of love from the people in Gabby’s life to pull off such a beautiful proposal. Now let’s just hope the sparkly ring doesn’t distract us too much when recording future episodes! Although it was hard to move on from the proposal topic, we did chat about some important pop culture items. We yapped about Paul Mescal and Gracie Abrams’ red carpet debut, Kim Kardashian’s new caffeine-free energy drink named Update, pickled jalapeños, Wuthering Heights, Sofia Franklyn’s upcoming memoir "Daddy Issues" (TEA!), and boy kibble. Yep sounds about just as random as usual! This is our 50th episode and we are so grateful to do this every week, and are so grateful that you all listen!!     Sweating Out Sourdough, Tell Me Lies, and Punch the Monkey

    Should we change our podcast name to Sisters Who Sourdough?! Gab literallyyyy said that once she starts her sourdough journey, it’s over for you bitches. And she wasn’t wrong!! For those who do not give one rat’s ass about sourdough, we formally apologize for the first 15 minutes of the pod. We also chat all things Tell Me Lies season 3 finale (spoilers ahead, btw!!). In summary, we didn’t hate it! But we will not be missing this show. Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco are two people we neverrrrr want to see on our television screens ever again. But gab is giving Lucy levels of delusion when she genuinely thought we came up with the term “shiver me timbers”. I mean, it’s only 18th century nautical slang but sure, the sisters who sweat definitely made it a thing! We yap about if re-proposals are going to be the new thing, Gab’s frighteningly bruised toenails (yes, plural), and our KING punch, the monkey.     Sweating Out Valentine’s Day, Super Bowl Commercials, and Cheating Olympians

    It’s another Monday, Bradley!! The sisters are in the stu and ready to chat Galentine’s, Valentine’s and all the plans they do (and don’t) have this season of love. Real talk though, how many boyfriends actually ask their girlfriends to be their valentine?! We also reflect on our favorite Super Bowl commercials and Bad Bunny’s halftime performance. Our only feedback is there should have been more hip gyration. We revisit one of our favorite topics we love to hate: Tom Brady and Alix Earle. And did Gisele cheat on Tom or did her relationship with the jiu jitsu instructor start post-divorce? We put on our detective caps and get to the bottom of it. We also discuss random (but still important) subjects such as the HOV lane, froyo, cream blush, and the olympian who admitted  on international television that he cheated on his girlfriend.
