Spilling About The Odyssey, Lake Life, and Paul Wesley

Hello hello, welcome back to another episode of Sisters Who Spill! Today we start off by recapping our recent trips. Gab went to Idaho (and worked out everyday she was there, crazyyyy) and G shares all about life at Lake Powell. Did she compare every cool experience to something she’s seen at Disneyland? Yes. Do we have a problem and possible Disney obsession? Also yes. We should just get Mickey tattoos already. We debate lake versus ocean water and the concept of rationing ice. G is basically an expert on lake life now. We also jump into all things The Odyssey and IMAX. First things first, we recognize that we came to this film completely unprepared, causing us to be so confused that we mistook the Dune 3 trailer for the opening scene of The Odyssey. Nevertheless, we persisted. Who knew we had one of 40 IMAX theaters in the world within our home state?! And who knew CGI wasn’t used for the cyclops or pig scene or whirlpool?! Mr. Nolan really put his whole Christussy into this film. Also shout out to Tom Holland for his performance (and incredible good looks) in this movie. Zendaya, we want to apologize for objectifying your handsome husband in a borderline disrespectful way within this episode. We should, and will, do better. We hope you all can forgive us. We also chat about Gracie Abrams' new album, Ariana Grande, The Vampire Diaries, Paul Wesley on Call Her Daddy, Earle Meets World, Elle, and so much more. Thank you for tuning in every week, we love you all!  smooches from your favorite sisters! 3

Spilling About King Kylie, Olive Garden, and The Parasite

Riiiiise and shine everyone! We’re settling in nicely to our new studio at our parent’s house where we are provided with post-show dinner and pre-show soup, making us undeniable brats. While we are struggling through some burnt tongues this episode, we persevere nonetheless while chatting about all things King Kylie lore and the Kylie Jenner x Dunkin cewlab. Furthermore, Gab shares about the resurgence of Olive Garden’s Never Ending Pasta Deal that unfortunately she cannot participate in or the wedding would be called off because she would never be able to come back from eating unlimited pasta for 13 weeks straight. Chain restaurants are BACK and honestly, that is what this economy needed. The one thing that would combat all this eating would be *fingers crossed* getting the lettuce parasite. Apparently wishing for illness in order to lose a couple lbs is a sign that we have a “problem” but we’re deciding not to listen to that negativity. Plus, how would Gab even know if she got the parasite or if things are moving like they usually do? Doesn’t sound so bad to us. We also temporarily become Rhode Island housewives in this ep because we cannot stop saying “you were neva homeless” as it is unfortunately soooo addicting. Like get me a cracka because you were neva homeless! What can we say, we were east coast housewives in a past life! And G was neva homeless, but she did lose power during a recent storm. Yet she’s still here to tell to tale, because you know we will never miss a week of SWS! Love you all, thank you for listening!  smooches from your favorite sisters! 3

Spilling About ASMR, The Bear, and Beis Weekender Bags

It’s the dead of summer and while nothing is going on, the sisters are still spilling! Gab is watching Elle (spoilers ahead) and just started The Bear from the top. As a chef herself, she’s feeling the stress from the show as if she was clocked in for a shift herself. Only true culinary professionals get it. Gab also addresses G’s pre-show vocal warm up and the ASMR vibes it gives her, which she absolutely hates. G’s taking a fat, if not massive, gulp of her water bottle and Gab has a lot to say about it. The sisters don’t agree on ASMR but they do agree that Jake Shane’s body transformation earns him a cordial invite into the tan and buff community. We know Jake’s been up in the gym just working on his fitness but DAMN we’re impressed by his reveal, and so was the rest of the internet. Gab is looking for wholesome at-home date ideas that won’t break the bank. She needs audience input but if you mention puzzles, you have another thing coming. G got her hair done and also got a lash lift & tint so basicallyyyyy the bitch is back as she’s prepping for her Suite Life on Deck-adjacent trip to the lake. Keep her in your thoughts as G is getting out of the business of embarrassing herself. As long as she’s in the sun with a Twisted Tea light, she’ll be good. We discuss the incredible marketing coming from Beis and Shay Mitchell, the queen herself. Apparently the Weekender bag is getting a facelift, and we’re not mad about it! The sisters may be training for ANOTHER half marathon soon, so fingers crossed for their well being as it continues to be scorching outside. Stay cool out there, we love you all!  smooches from your favorite sisters! 3

Spilling About Boy Bands, Taylor + Travis Swift’s Wedding, and Buc-ee’s

Welcome back to Sisters Who Spill! We start off this week’s episode by asking one of life’s toughest questions: who names boy bands? I mean come on, 5 Seconds of Summer? One Direction? *NSYNC? Big Time Rush? We wonder how these names came to be. Honestly Backstreet Boys and Boyz II Men are the only good ones. We continue on yapping by recapping our Fourth of July weekends and let’s just say we have the red white and blues now that it’s all over. Kinda feels like summer is downhill from here, but we plan to persevere regardless. On the way home from G’s road trip to San Diego, she stopped at Buc-ee’s without realizing it would be a life changing experience. From the fresh fudge, BBQ brisket station, Icee wall and pristine bathrooms, she was thoroughly impressed with the operation. Seems like the hype is actually real, and the takeaway here is to start saving up your money, take the PTO, and head to the new Buc-ee’s in Goodyear, AZ to have your world rocked. Speaking of having worlds rocked, we accidentally Poo’d all our followers with the AI photo of Gabby wearing a stomach cut out wedding dress featuring a belly button ring. For some reason unbeknown to us, people were believing this photo to be real. We’re curious if anyone reads Instagram captions anymore and are a bit scared that people think Gab would wear that dress. On the positive side, her boobs did look good and chat was kind enough to give her a six pack! SWS is implementing a new segment called “Comment Of The Week” where we share a comment from either Instagram, Tik Tok or Spotify that made us giggle or just needs special attention live on the pod for whatever reason. We love when you all interact with us and Gab’s gorgeous Instagram content. I mean she’s getting 24 comments on a post… do you know what viral means?! Regardless of the feedback from the chosen comment, we are standing ten toes down on our take of Swig being out right now. Love you all, but we do think dirty sodas are slowly seeing their demise. But what is in right now, you ask? All things Taylor and Travis’ wedding. We dissect the guest list (well, everyone believed to have attended). Although we are not sure of decor, flowers, music, Taylor’s dress, or really any of the wedding details, we are sat on the edge of our seat for all the information we can get our greedy, swiftie hands on. Gab is planning a wedding and has no shame in copying everything from Taylor's wedding of the century. I mean if it’s good enough for T Swift, it’s good enough for us! Thank you all for listening, please drop a comment and let us know what you think of this week’s ep! See you all next week!  smooches from your favorite sisters! 3

Spilling About The Fourth of July, Chipotle, and High Fives

God bless America and God bless Sisters Who Spill! We hope everyone had an incredibly fun and patriotic weekend. The Fourth Of July is our favorite holiday of the year and we are ready to vacay and celebrate America’s big 250th bday! This week, we’re podcasting in a new espacio because we want to deliver clips & video episodes to you all, so we’re in the beginnings of a podcast studio. Shout out to our parents for providing us with a room and being wonderful landlords! That being said, the vibes are a bit chaotic today. We discuss our issues with swimsuit sizing, our chipotle orders, G trying to be a content creator by filming a pack with me, our petition to ban grocery store Starbucks locations, and our father high fiving strangers while running. Please chime in and let us know if you all agree with our take or if we’re being too hard on the poor man just trying to spread christmas cheer by singing loud for all to hear. We also chat through some Independence Day/summer vibe would you rather questions and provide our professional opinions about which things are currently in or out. We continue yapping by recapping Gab’s wedding dress shopping experience. It was 10/10 and she found the one! But it’ll be a full on surprise so don’t get too excited about any sneak peeks, even though Jaeda did AI a possible dress option and it’s too good not to share (peep our IG to see what we’re referring to). Lastly, be sure to join our giveaway for our first official SWS merch! We have hats we’re excited to share. In order to get one, all you need to do is DM a screenshot of your five star review of our pod to @sisterswhospillpodcast on Instagram and follow us on IG as well. Thanks for doing your part in helping to combat the one star review we’re still actively trying to recover from, both mentally and emotionally. Love you all dearly! smooches from your favorite sisters! 3

Spilling About Toy Story 5, CeeLo Green, and One Star Reviews

Hello and happy Monday! The sisters are back with another yap sesh. We kick the ep off with some random updates about closet clean outs, maid of honor speeches, public vows, and the anticipation of trying on wedding dresses. Gab is feeling some stress about having her wedding at the same time as so many celebs and influencers but it’s important to remember that comparison is for real the thief of joy. Weddings are soooo personal and you just have to do what makes you happy. Speaking of happy things, G and Gab were extremely moved by Toy Story 5. They laughed, they cried, they got full body goosebumps. The message was beautiful and it was just an incredible movie all around. Highlyyyy recommend that everyone goes to see this movie, whether you have a kid in your life or not. There’s something for everyone! Quick detour… WANTED: the wench who gave us a one star review. We had a perfect score and someoneee had to go and wreck it. They wanted to ruin our week and jokes on them, they did! We’re curious what exactly we said or did that was the final straw. Was it G’s singing? Most likely. You know who wasn’t getting a one star review? The over eager waiter Gab had at her business lunch. Shout out to those taking pride in their work!! And shout out to CeeLo Green, who does not get enough recognition. Crazy and Forget You are straight bangers that we’re immediately adding to our Sisters Who Spill playlist. Love you all so much, thank you for listening and supporting every week! Follow us and give us a five star review to counteract the one star review we just received. Thank you! ILY! smooches from your favorite sisters! 3

Spilling About Costco, Father’s Day, and Summerween

The sisters are sooooo brave today because G is podcasting with a headache and Gab is podcasting while wearing jeans. Nevertheless, they persisted because God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. Gab shares about her experience at Costco and the incredible joy in life that is the free sample stations. Those staff are doing the lord’s work, though they are undoubtedly not doing it well. Predicting demand? Something they’ve never heard of. You know it’s bad when you’re waiting in line for their next round of samples to be prepped, fresh out of the microwave of course. We’re talking high end stuff here! We recap the Ed Sheeran concert and how incredible Ed is live. If he’s coming to a city near you, we highly recommend you go. On a negative note, Joe Alwyn and Sarah Pidgeon have been seen kissing and going on dates, so it’s safe to say that they’re official. G wishes them well but Gab… not so much. That’s enough about that man, now let’s discuss what we really care about. The streets are saying it’s Taylor’s bach weekend, and we brainstorm who might be in attendance and what activities might be occurring. We pivot into what the Summerween aesthetic is, courtesy of handyman being chronically online. Creepy lake vibes, late movie theater nights, and popping off fireworks by a bonfire is the trending vibe. Either that, or Red, White, and Blue all the way. We fall victim to anything patriotic, even if it’s five cheese ravioli from Costco. Sorry, we can’t not mention Kirkland every chance we get. Lastly, we chat about Father’s day and give our dad a huge shout out for being the best Papa out there. We highly suggest giving the episode where we interview our dad a listen if you haven’t heard it yet! Thank you to all the amazing dads out there, how else would the dinner bill get paid for if we didn’t have you?! JK but also not really. We love you, dad!  smooches from your favorite sisters! 3

Spilling About Off Campus, Steven Spielberg, and The Knicks

The sisters are in a silly goofy mood this episode! We recap our experience at a Fourth Wing book club/workout event where we let our nerdy freak flags fly. G leaned into her competitive side and showed how tan and buff she is during an impromptu plank challenge. Was she the first loser or the second winner? Depends on if you’re positive polly or negative nelly. What’s not up for debate was gab full on coaching her throughout the whole thing. Once a coach, always a coach. We dive into our thoughts about Off Campus and how obsessed we are with Dean and Garrett Graham. But no one’s more obsessed than handyman (even though he’ll never admit it). This show has us in a chokehold and we’re loving every second of it! We then chat about Taylor Swift and her DIY tees at the Knicks game and how our lives were changed. It was icoknick to say the least. We’re rooting for New York but we do nottttt condone the unsportsmanlike conduct that’s been going on. Physically and verbally aggressive fans are going to ruin it for all of us! We were blessed this week with three T Swift appearances: a live performance at the Toy Story 5 premiere, courtside at the NBA finals, and her induction into the songwriters hall of fame. We’re always here for a TS spotting and just pray news about her wedding is what comes our way next. Lastly, we consider ourself cinephiles yet we didn’t know Steven Spielberg’s game and we’re man enough to admit that. We’re committed to educating ourselves each and every episode and love that you all are along for the ride. See you next week!  smooches from your favorite sisters! 3
