How to Turn Your Message Into a Workshop, Seminar or Retreat | My 7P Framework

If you’ve ever felt called to teach, speak, or share your lived experience at workshops, seminars or retreats but don’t know where to start, this video is for you. I'm sharing my complete 7Ps Framework - the exact system I've developed after hosting 16 in-person events in the UK and internationally. This framework takes you from idea to sold-out event, ensuring your participants don't just have a good time, but experience genuine transformation. You don’t have to wait to be invited onto someone else’s stage. You can create your own. In this video I share: • Why in-person experiences are more powerful than virtual training • The difference between teaching content and creating transformation • Why you must develop the messenger before the message • How to identify your ideal attendee beyond just demographics • The power of storytelling • Why your event is just the beginning, and what comes next • The biggest mistake people make when hosting workshops • How to develop a magnetic presence that moves the room   The 7P Framework: •        Promise - the transformation people come for •        Premise - what you believe and teach •        Person - who it is for •        Plan - environment and logistics •        Program - the learning experience •        Powerful Presence - your voice and storytelling •        Price - sustainability and next steps   Whether you're planning a one-day workshop or 3-day experience in Paris like I'm doing in March, this framework will help you design something truly transformational.   Ready to experience the 7Ps in action?  Join me for a 3-day immersive event where you'll craft your signature message, develop your powerful presence, and learn how to host your own signature event.  Comment below and I’ll send details.   You can book a call with me here 👉 https://calendly.com/eneobi/yourlifeiscalling   Key quotes from the video: •        "People aren't coming for the format. They're coming for the transformation." •        "Within many 50+ women lives a 5-year-old girl waiting to have her life lived." •        "Your event is the doorway to the next step." •        "Zoom is great, but the room is greater." •        "Sometimes we have to retreat in order to advance."   ABOUT ME: I help midlife ex-professional women build speaking and coaching businesses using their lived experience as their signature message. After leaving my 30-year corporate career at 55, I've hosted 16 international events and I'm sharing everything I've learned so you can build your own stage. Episode 2: 3 Shifts That Helped Me Find My Purpose After Leaving a Corporate Career at 55

In this second video of the series, I share the three shifts that helped me find clarity about the next phase of my life after walking away from a 30-year corporate career with no plan. This is video 2 in my series documenting my journey from corporate executive to building a global speaking and coaching business. In this video, I'm sharing the three power moves that helped me discover my purpose after leaving companies like Goldman Sachs, AstraZeneca, Shell, HSBC, and Visa. These aren't fluffy exercises, they're profound, sometimes uncomfortable, but transformational. 👉 If you haven’t watched Video 1, I recommend starting there before this one. THE THREE SHIFTS: SHIFT 1: The Spoon vs. Knife I attended my first seminar ("The Blueprint of How") and learned this life-changing analogy: Are you a spoon trying to do the job of a knife? Or a knife trying to be a spoon? Where in your life are you functioning in a role that doesn't fit who you really are? This question changed everything for me. Key insight: "Whenever you wake up is your morning." I woke up at 55. It's never too late. SHIFT 2: Write Your Own Eulogy My first coach asked me to do something that horrified me - write my own eulogy. What I discovered brought me to tears: After 30 years in corporate, working for some of the world's most recognizable brands, there was NOTHING from my professional career that I wanted in my eulogy. Not one thing. This wasn't regret, it was clarity. It helped me dream what the NEXT 30 years could look like. SHIFT 3: Talk to Your 5-Year-Old Self I ask my clients to find a photo of themselves at age 5-7, look her in the eye, and ask: "What promises did I make to you that I haven't kept yet? What dreams are still waiting?" She's not mad at you. She's ready. Now is her time. WHO THIS VIDEO IS FOR: • Women in corporate who feel something a part of her life is unlived • Ex-professional women in transition • Women who've left careers after divorce, bereavement, or kids leaving home • Anyone who feels "lost" but knows there's more • Women ready to discover what's next TAKE ACTION: If you're that woman sitting in a cubicle, corner office, or anywhere else wondering "what's next?", I'd love to talk with you. My calendar link is below. Let's chat.  Just one woman who's been there, connecting with another who's figuring it out. Try one (or all three) of these exercises and share your insights in the comments. I'd love to know what your 5-year-old self tells you. Episode 10: I Almost Missed It...A Lesson on Timing, Courage and Acting in the Lifetime of an Opportunity

Have you ever delayed acting on an opportunity you knew mattered,  assuming it would still be there later? Or maybe you’ve missed an opportunity… and later realised the cost of waiting. They say an opportunity of a lifetime must be taken in the lifetime of the opportunity - and this episode is a powerful reminder of why waiting can cost you more than you realise. In this deeply personal reflection, I share how I almost missed out on an opportunity I truly wanted, not because it wasn’t meant for me, but because I delayed. Full description: In this episode, I reflect on a real-life moment that taught me an important lesson about timing, decisiveness, and opportunity. I talk about my experience of investing in coaching, my love for one-on-one mentorship, and how hesitation nearly caused me to miss a powerful VIP opportunity I had wanted for years. Not because the door wasn’t open, but because I didn’t act quickly enough. This conversation is an invitation for you to pause and ask yourself: Where in your life are you delaying a decision you know matters? What opportunity are you assuming will still be there “later”? And do you actually know that for sure? If you’re a purpose-driven woman in a season of growth, reinvention, or stepping into your next chapter, this episode will encourage you to trust yourself, honour your desires, and act when the moment presents itself. Sometimes waiting isn’t wisdom - it’s fear dressed up as patience. In this episode, we explore: Why opportunities don’t stay open forever The hidden cost of hesitation How overthinking can block growth A powerful question to ask yourself before you delay again If this resonated with you, I’d love to hear your experience.
