    Employability: How do we get people into work?

    In this episode, Jo Hughes is joined by not one, but two of our Serco Restart Scheme Managers: Laura Gower, Operations Manager at our Cardiff office, and Metab Aslam, Team Leader at our Coventry office. Laura and Metab talk openly about the wonderful work they, and their teams on the frontline do to support participants to find sustainable employment. Also discussed is social value impact, staff volunteering, work experience, and participant success stories.
