40| Homeschool Moms: What Does “Enough” Actually Mean?

Do you ever wonder if you’re doing enough in your homeschool? Enough subjects. Enough reading. Enough extracurriculars. Enough structure. Enough fun. Enough socialization. For so many Christian homeschool moms, the question “Am I doing enough?” creates constant pressure, comparison, and second-guessing. But maybe the problem isn’t your homeschool. Maybe it’s the question itself. In this episode, we’re talking about how to stop asking vague, overwhelming questions and start getting specific: “Am I doing enough to accomplish the goals I actually have for my homeschool?” Because “enough” looks different depending on what you’re trying to build. Are you trying to: Raise children who love learning? Create a peaceful homeschool atmosphere? Help a struggling reader gain confidence? Build strong character and faith? Give your kids a solid academic foundation? When you define the real goal, you can stop chasing unrealistic expectations and start homeschooling with more clarity, confidence, and peace. In this episode, we discuss: Why homeschool moms constantly feel behind The danger of undefined homeschool expectations Asking better questions about your homeschool goals If you’ve been overwhelmed, discouraged, or questioning whether your homeschool is enough, this episode will help you refocus on what truly matters for your family. 34|Hard Motherhood Days: Trusting God in the Refining Seasons of Homeschooling

Some days in Christian motherhood feel sacred and beautiful… and other days feel overwhelmingly hard. In this episode, I’m speaking directly to the Christian homeschooling mom who loves her calling but sometimes feels weary, overstimulated, or stretched thin. The lesson planning, sibling conflicts, character training, and the daily responsibilities of homeschool mom life can leave you wondering if you’re doing enough — or doing any of it well. What if the hard days are part of God’s refining work in your heart? We’re diving into the reality of hard motherhood days, the sanctifying work of raising children, and how the Lord uses the ordinary struggles of biblical parenting to shape us into more patient, dependent, and Christ-centered women. In seasons of frustration and exhaustion God is not absent — He is refining. This episode offers faith-based encouragement for moms who are navigating the tension of motherhood being both hard and beautiful.  God is using even your hardest homeschooling days for His glory. Spiritual growth often comes through the unseen, refining seasons of motherhood. To lean deeper into Christ.
