Watch if your Parents are NOT supportive! (how to take a stand for yourself)

You grew up thinking your parents were superheroes. Unbreakable. Always right. And then somewhere in your 20s, you started seeing the cracks. And that confused you more than anything else ever did. This episode is for you if you've ever felt guilty for having your own opinions. For wanting a different career than what they imagined. For thinking differently. For loving them and still disagreeing with them, sometimes deeply. Because here's the truth: You are not a bad child for wanting to become your own person. You're just growing up. In this episode I talk about: - Why your parents were your whole world as a child, and what changes in your 20s - The moment you start questioning traditions, choices, and the "just because" rules - Why forming your own identity separate from your parents is not rebellion, it's evolution - How over-reliance on parents affects your decision-making, relationships, and even how you'll raise your own children someday - Why Indian parents project their fears and insecurities onto their children (and why that's not entirely their fault) - How to hold your own opinions without disrespecting the people who raised you - The 50-50 reality: why neither you nor your parents are completely right or completely wrong - What it actually means to "fly from the nest" and why you have to start flapping your own wings Ask yourself honestly: - Are you still making decisions based on what your parents would approve of, or what YOU actually want? - Do you feel guilty every time you disagree with them? - What's one area of your life where you're still waiting for their permission to begin? The parent-child relationship doesn't have to break for you to grow. It just has to evolve. And this episode will help you understand how. How to MOVE ON from someone YOU LOVE! 💔

You wake up. The first thought is about them. You sleep. The last thought is about them. You're not just heartbroken, you're stuck in a loop, and a part of you already knows it. This episode is for you if you've been telling yourself "I'll move on soon" but days have turned into weeks, and the pain still hasn't moved an inch. Whether you're going through a fresh breakup, recovering from a toxic relationship, processing unrequited love, or just trying to stop loving someone who stopped choosing you, these 5 real, actionable heartbreak recovery steps will actually help. In this video you'll learn: Why willingness is the only starting point, without it, nothing worksHow journaling can release 50% of the emotional pressure building inside youWhy your friends will eventually stop listening and what to do before that moment comesHow learning a completely new skill can silence your thoughts when nothing else canWhy sad Bollywood songs are quietly keeping you trapped in your painHow building even the smallest daily routine gives you something to come back toWhy surrendering to something bigger than yourself isn't weakness, it's the final unlockAsk yourself honestly: 1. Am I actually willing to move on, or am I comfortable in the sadness? 2. Am I feeding my heartbreak every single day without realizing it? 3. What is one thing I can do today that is for me and only me? Heartbreak doesn't end because time passes. It ends when you decide to come back to yourself and then take one small step in that direction. You are not the only one going through this. And you will get out of it. 🤍 Share this with a friend who needs to hear it, and leave a comment, I love reading them. 3. The “INNOCENT HABIT” that is (secretly) ruining your entire life!

The “INNOCENT HABIT” that is (secretly) ruining your entire life!

Are you telling yourself a story where everything that goes wrong proves one thing: “It’s always happening to me” and then stopping at that story? When life hurts, it asks one simple question: will you build something inside to face it, or will you hide behind the comfort of blame? This video is for the moments you catch yourself saying, “Why me?” and want a different answer. I’m not here to guilt you. I’m here to map a truth most people avoid: problems don’t disappear, and choosing to be the victim keeps you safe only for a little while. Real growth starts when you stop pointing outward and start asking, “What part of this is mine to change?” even if the answer is uncomfortable.   Questions this episode will make you consider: - Do I automatically blame people, fate, or God when things go wrong, or do I ask, “What can I do now?” - Am I protecting a bubble that validates my victim story? - What would it take for me to look honestly at my role and take responsibility? - Am I ready to feel the weight of my mistakes so I can actually fix them? - Do I want to keep being shaken by life’s problems, or build the inner strength to stand through them? A few truths I say plainly in this video: - Life will throw problems at everyone; that’s a given. - The difference is whether you build an inner capacity to respond or you keep shrinking away. - Accountability is hard, but it’s the only real way out of the bubble. - If you work on yourself, you’ll feel gratitude, compassion, and pride, not envy or helplessness. - Changing from victim to fighter is possible but it’s a decision you make every day. If this video landed with you, pause and repeat this to yourself: “I know the problems are real. I know this is hard, and I know I’m tired too. But that’s exactly what life is, it keeps testing you. So I have to keep showing up and working on it, because no one else can do that for me.” Don’t forget to share this with a friend who needs to hear it, and leave a comment too — as always, I love reading all of them :) 𝗠𝗬 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗟𝗘𝗦: ▶️ Main Channel: https://youtube.com/simmygoraya6060  📸 Main Instagram:  https://instagram.com/simmygoraya 🐦 Twitter: https://x.com/SimmyGoraya1 You can write to me at 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗺𝘆@𝗴𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺  Work related queries (I don’t reply to personal mails/queries here)  𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼.𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗺𝘆𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗮@𝗴𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺
