How the am i supposed to get to a higher frequency when i'm in so much pain

When divorce is on the line, we look for an excuse or a reason for it to happen

This question keeps popping up, can inner work and shadow work and getting to know yourself and using things like plant medicine or psychedelics or deep meditation be the cause of a relationship to break down. and it's like, yes it can. but it's actually NOT the cause or the thing to blame, it is just there, a catalyst for what we already know... waiting to be discovered, waiting to be unleashed, waiting for us to not be afraid of it. Blaming is a hell of a lot easier than admiting maybe it just wasn't the relatinoship you thought it was or it gives the excuse, well plant medicine mami told me to get a divorce so now I am allowed to get the divorce i've been too afraid to get even though i've known I should for like 5 years. same goes for any type of inner work.
