    Send us a text DeSales DeGolian is a seasoned real estate broker and co-founder of DeGolian Realty, a boutique brokerage rooted in Peachtree City. She grew up in town after her family moved there in 1974 from Baltimore — meaning her story isn’t just about houses, but home itself. Her love for real estate began early, working in her family’s homebuilding business, Ravin Homes, learning the craft from ground up with her father and brothers. Her career now blends custom construction expertise with real estate savvy — a combo that allows her to help buyers beyond the sale.  She studied business at the University of Georgia, and later started DeGolian Realty with her husband Roch deGolian in 2019. Their brokerage is known for deep local know-how, personalized service, and a “family comes first” culture. The Rossetti side of her family has long been woven into the Peachtree City community.
