A quietly beautiful, slowly terrifying film from director Yorgos Lanthimos 🦌 Despite what the title suggests, the film itself is restrained — cold, immaculate, almost clinical. And it's that contrast that gets under your skin and stays there. Nicole Kidman commands every frame she's in. Colin Farrell carries the weight of a man slowly coming apart. And then there's Barry Keoghan — radiating that bottomless, unplaceable dread. What is going on with this kid 😨 Does guilt ever really disappear? Does carrying it in silence mean it stops existing? The film presses these questions hard, and the answer it offers isn't forgiveness. It's something far colder. Before you know it, you're laughing your head off while being hit with something surprisingly profound. It runs long, but you genuinely won't feel it.
