At some point, does making it out have to mean getting out too? From there we quickly debate which shoe had the better run, Nike Air Force 1s or Reebok Classics? From there, Lil Durk has been found not guilty in his murder-for-hire case. Does the verdict completely change how people should look at everything that has been said about Durk since his arrest? And with another federal case still ahead of him, if he beats that one too, where would his comeback rank in hip-hop history? Next, we debate the ultimate Rap MVP year. From there, Rod Wave and Boosie are going back and forth over “Long Journey.” If Rod cleared the music through the people who legally control it, does he still owe Boosie personally? Is Boosie protecting his legacy, or did turning down six figures turn an issue about respect into a business dispute? Next, it’s Nelly vs. Ludacris. Who was really bigger at their peak? Then we debate the greatest rapper turned actor of all time. Who completely escaped the “rapper acting” label and became a real Hollywood star? Who had that ONE role that changed how you looked at them? And which great rapper needs to stop acting because you never believe the character? Midway through the episode, we react to the end of Raising Kanan after five seasons. Where does it rank in the Power Universe? Did the final season stick the landing? And after watching Kanan’s full transformation, did the series make you look at the original Power character differently? Next, Spider-Man keeps printing money.
