    Reflections On Her Cancer Diagnosis & An Important Lesson Learned

    After being diagnosed with cancer, Missy's entire life perspective shifted 180 degrees. In this video she share how this diagnosis changed everything for me and why it is so important to STOP waiting and start living your life to its fullest.  Too often we wait for the "right" moment --- whether it is after the kids move out, when work slows down, or when life feels less chaotic. The truth is you cannot afford to wait. Life is happening NOW. I will talk about how to live a healthy lifestyle, focus on gratitude, and pursue your dreams even when the future feels uncertain.  Do not delay bringing your dreams to the surface. Are you considering that cross country trip, moving closer to the grandchildren, or just improving your health by starting that daily walk?   Just start!
