Adroît is his experimental label focusing on unique California regions and grapes like the French Trousseau. It comes from the French region of Jura or the Portuguese region of Duoro where it's known as Bastardo.

Then, we're back in Virginia to have an "Old World/New World" conversation with Michael Shaps of Michael Shaps Winery. If you've not been there - go now! We're going to Sip and Sarap with Zena's dear friend Jo Jo Valenzuela, pairing Filipino flavors and wine. Continuing our focus on women in wine, we'll be back home in National Landing in March for Women's History Month!
