DC is a UK NHS working Doctor and a Music Enthusiast, hosting a music themed podcast called The Full Circle which links songs together with the last song linking to the first song, hence completing The Full Circle. Episodes feature either some of DC's favourite musicians, some of his favourite people, or he links songs together solo. In between The Full Circle and general chat, there are also fun features such as "Would You Rather", quizzes tailored to the guest and the now legendary "Abid's Words of Wisdom"! He spoke about his time in Panic as well what happened after his controversial exit, which unfortunately led to imprisonment.     This week's episode is a Podcasthon Special! Podcasthon is an incredible non-profit initiative uniting thousands of podcasters globally and raising awareness for various charitable causes. I chose this charity given my job as a psychiatrist and a massive music fan, going to gigs and speaking to some of my favourite musicians on The Full Circle, both mental health and music are a huge part of my life. This episode is the conversation I had with Jeordie Shenton in December 2025. We spoke about his role in Tonic Music, why he chose Tonic Music and we discussed the current challenges in the music industry including the highly controversial use of AI.     Black Foxxes are an incredible alternative rock band who have released 4 superb studio albums and most recently a live album where they recorded it at Vada Studios which is available to buy now, but there are very limited quantities remaining! He has overcome some tough adversities over the years, including battling Crohn's Disease (and reveals what has kept it in remission!), and juggling his day-to-day work and working in the music industry. We speak about some heavy topics such as burnout, but also keep it light-hearted at times with a quiz called "Black Foxxes or No Foxxes" where Mark had to work out if the lyrics were by Black Foxxes or not! He also shares which album is his least favourite, and I was shocked!
