    Why do I Sabotage my Own Success?

    It's so frustrating when you sabotage your own progress with your weight loss isn't it? Why might you do this and what strategies can you use to step out of your own way? I believe our inner Saboteur shows up and intervenes when we are straying too far out of our comfort zone. The Saboteur is one of your survival archetypes, we all have one, and it wants you to stay safe. Loving Your Sacred Vessel encourages you to take small steps towards releasing your excess weight, just one or two habit changes at a time so that you don't feel overwhelmed and your inner Saboteur isn't triggered. Ultimately, long term, a kind and gentle approach which addresses your emotions and your thought patterns can yield more lasting results; which is what I have found in my own life and why I am sharing my method with you. This episode contains a short visualisation. It's best to sit quietly at a time when you can focus within, close your eyes and not be distracted. Do not attempt this when you need to focus your attention on other things.     When Diets Stop Working

    In this episode I'll be talking about diets. I'll be sharing some of my own diet history and my frustration as each successive diet became less effective and my weight increased over time. I'm asking if you have a similar history of weight loss and weight gain. It may be time to ponder your dieting history and think about all the conflicting advice you have followed over the years. Where has all this dieting effort left you? I reached the realisation that the answer to my excess weight would not be found in the latest diet book, and I knew I needed to find a different approach. It was at that point I started to listen to my inner guidance and everything began to change for the better. I end this episode with some Sacred Vessel affirmations.
