    Hannah and I found each other on social media a while back, and the more I watched, the more I loved seeing how committed she was to raising awareness of SMA. Yet remaining so present where she's needed most, with her boys.  In the week prior to this podcast release, Lawson celebrated his first birthday.     "If you don't want it that much, you'll give up when things get hard." Lois, who has just recently launched her second business at 28, shares her story so far.

    I first came across Lois on Instagram not long after I'd started my own page, she was one of the first content creators I knew of to take on the wedding market, creating @thesocialyouseek and allowing couples to get all those BTS videos from their special day.  Fast forward a few years, and her business has evolved. After seeing a gap in the market, and with the help of her Dad, together they've opened @thestudioyouseek which provides a space for content creation for businesses too.  I was very lucky to get to record the first episode in the studio, and of course it had to be with the lovely Lois herself.  She may be young, but she's focussed with a vision and I can't wait to see how the studio evolves over the next few years.  Support the show Want to keep up to date with who's to come on future episodes?     "Why should there be a bar in hairdressing?"... Danielle's mission to reach beyond the 'limit' hairdressers are led to believe is possible.

    I recently sat down with the lovely Danielle Polompo to learn about her journey from declaring herself homeless, to hairdressing mentor.  Danielle shared her very personal story with me, which she has given full permission for me to share. This is of course a cut down version and it goes without saying that she has been on some journey to get to where she is today.  Therapy, self development and a positive mindset, are some of the tools she's used to help create success and I can't wait to see what's to come for her in the future.  Danielle's mission is to change some of the attitudes in the hair industry and to encourage fellow hairdressers to know their worth.  Since being the little girl who was asked, "are you sure that's what you want to do?"     Sammy's business took a toll on both her physical and mental health, causing her to have a mini stroke. Here's how she overcame her business struggles.

    Once again, as a follower looking in from the outside, I had no idea what Sammy went through go get her businesses to where they are today.  Another example of how you never really know what a person has gone through until you sit down and have a conversation with them.     "You have to take action for it to work..." Nicola on fighting darkness, finding strength and inspiring change.

Luckily she said yes, and we sat in my garden on possibly the hottest day of summer. Nicola is a big character, with a big heart.     "Failure was never an option..." How Sam turned her love for spray tanning into a golden legacy.

    "I have one goal professionally, to see children grow into in-tune adults." How being a chiropractor is so much more to Aurélie than cracks & clicks.

    I first met Aurélie two years ago when I took our youngest girl for a check up.  It wasn't the easiest day, hearing how her body wasn't aligned and how various things were out of place but Aurélie provided a safe space, support and a way forward for our now almost 4 year old whom I can barely keep up with on a day to day basis! I wanted to hear about her journey to where she is today and I am so glad she agreed to come on to the podcast.     From viral moments to lasting growth, the journey that helped Sinead find her confidence.

    I came across Sinead's account whilst I was scrolling the day away one evening and have been a fan of her content since.  Who I watched online, was quite different to who walked through my door, and it just goes to show that there's so much more to a person than what we see 'on the grid'.  I loved meeting Sinead, and I found her story fascinating.
