Past Life Regression: Common Fears and Misconceptions - Ep. 63

Can someone lose control during past life regression? Can a therapist influence a client against their will? What happens when a traumatic memory emerges—and is it possible to become trapped in hypnosis? In this penultimate episode of “TIME TRAVELING – A Spiritual Journey of Healing,” Chris Nielsen addresses some of the most common fears and misconceptions surrounding past life regression, hypnosis, and the experience of entering a trance. The episode explores several essential questions: Do people need a special gift to experience regression? Can anyone enter a hypnotic trance?Does the client remain in control throughout the session? Can a therapist make someone do something against their will? What happens if a painful or traumatic memory emerges? Can someone become trapped in hypnosis? Hypnosis is often perceived as mysterious or frightening. In reality, it is a natural altered state of consciousness, similar to the profound relaxation experienced between wakefulness and sleep. During regression therapy, the therapist acts as a guide—a kind of GPS—but the client always remains the driver. Clients cannot be forced to do, see, or experience something they genuinely refuse. In this sense, hypnosis is fundamentally a form of self-hypnosis, requiring the client’s consent and participation throughout the process. While some people enter a trance more easily than others, openness, trust, practice, and previous experience with meditation can make regression increasingly natural. Familiarity with the process can also reduce fear and allow a person to relax more deeply during subsequent sessions. Regression therapy may uncover difficult memories, but it can also become a fascinating journey toward one’s own soul—filled with unexpected revelations, spiritual discoveries, profound answers, and opportunities for healing. Chris Nielsen is the author of “Being Pyotr Ilyich – Tchaikovsky’s Inner Life, Revealed by Himself 130 Years Later,” a spiritual memoir exploring past lives, healing, the afterlife, and the deeper purpose of human experiences. Parallel Lives Explained: Can One Soul Live Multiple Lives at Once? - Ep. 59

What if one soul could live several lives at the same time—each offering a different but complementary perspective? In Episode 59 of "TIME TRAVELING – A Spiritual Journey of Healing," I explore the fascinating phenomenon of parallel lives: how I discovered it while writing "Being Pyotr Ilyich," what I have understood about it so far, and why parallel livesmay exist. Regression is, first and foremost, a form of therapy. But throughout my years of working with current-life, past-life, and afterlife regression—both as a client and as a therapist—I have come to understand that it can also become an extraordinary instrument of spiritual research. It can help us explore the invisible dimensions of existence, life scripts, soul contracts, reincarnation, the Higher Self, and our relationshipwith the Divine. In this episode, I share the understanding that one spirit may divide into several parts, each incarnating in a different body and living a distinct experience in parallel. The knowledge and experience gathered through each of these lives may flow continuously into the Higher Self, enriching the soul and helping it evolve faster and more profoundly. I also speak about the parallel life I discovered while writing "Being Pyotr Ilyich." The two lives shared the same central theme—a profound love marked by powerful inner and external obstacles—but the roles and perspectives were reversed. Through these complementary experiences, the souls involved were given the opportunity to understand the same spiritual drama from opposite sides. Since then, I have discovered other parallel lives—both my own and those of my clients. I am still researching this extraordinary phenomenon and trying to understand how these life scripts are created, how parallel lives complement one another, and how they offer the soul different perspectives through which to learn and evolve. Why Do Some Souls Remain Earthbound After Death? - Ep. 58

What can prevent a soul from continuing its natural journey toward the Light after physical death? At the end of “Being Pyotr Ilyich,” Tchaikovsky’s soul does not ascend immediately after leaving the physical body. Instead, his transition follows an unexpected and difficult path. In Episode 58 of “TIME TRAVELING – A Spiritual Journey of Healing,” Chris Nielsen draws on her experience both as a past life regression client and as a regression therapist to explore why some souls may remain earthbound after death. The episode examines several circumstances that may make it difficult for a soul to detach from the physical and astral planes: sudden or violent death, the shock of not realizing that physical death has occurred, attachment to the body, unresolved conflict or revenge, promises made to loved ones, powerful soul contracts, and addictions that may affect the soul’s vibrational state. Chris also shares examples from regression therapy and explains how love, patience, determination, and spiritualtherapeutic work may help a soul understand what has happened, release its attachments, and resume its natural ascension toward the higher realms. An exploration of earthbound spirits, the astral realm, soul ascension, life after death, past life regression, and the spiritual journey beyond the physical body. What Happens to the Soul After Death? The Journey to the Light - Ep. 57

What happens to the soul after physical death—and what stages does it pass through on its journey toward the Light? At the end of my book, “Being Pyotr Ilyich – Tchaikovsky’s Inner Life, Revealed by Himself 130 Years Later,” I describe the process that a soul may experience after leaving the physical body. In Episode 57 of “TIME TRAVELING – A Spiritual Journey of Healing,” I explore this profound transition from the perspective of my experiences as both a patient and a therapist in past life regression. Drawing on past life regressions, life-between-lives experiences, near-death accounts, and spiritual communications, this episode examines the stages often described after the end of a physical life: • the separation of the soul and subtle bodiesfrom the physical body• encounters with deceased loved ones, angels, or spiritual beings• the soul’s first period in the astral plane• the spiritual significance associated with the first 40 days• the passage through the tunnel and toward the Light• the role of spiritual guides, angels, and the Higher Self• energetic cleansing and healing after an incarnation• the life review and the integration of the soul’s lessons• preparation for another incarnation or for higher spiritual dimensions Physical death may mark the end of the body, but from a spiritual perspective, it can also represent the beginning ofanother complex and meaningful stage in the soul’s evolution. The next episode will explore why some souls may remain trapped in the astral plane and what can prevent them fromcontinuing their journey Home. The Two Things Every Soul Needs: Love and Forgiveness - Ep. 56

What does the human soul truly need in order to find peace? After more than twelve years of exploring the human soul through past life regression—as both a client and a regressiontherapist—I have come to understand that beneath our different stories, relationships, wounds, and fears, we all seek the same two fundamental answers: Was I truly loved?Have I been forgiven? When we carry guilt, we long for the relief of forgiveness—whether it comes from another person, from the Divine, or from ourselves. At the same time, we need to know that we were genuinely loved by our partners, parents, children, friends, or those who have passed beyond this life. In this episode of Time Traveling—A Spiritual Journey of Healing, I explore why love and forgiveness are among the deepest needs of the human soul, how they help us release guilt, and how they can restore inner peace. The episode was inspired by a passage from my spiritual memoir, Being Pyotr Ilyich—Tchaikovsky’s Inner Life, Revealed by Himself 130 Years Later: “You see, it’s interesting to notice that, in essence, regardless of the life story the two have shared, each of you needs to find out only two things from the other: that he was loved and that he was forgiven. Sometimes one of the two, sometimes both. And these are also exactly the two things that all of you want to hear from Myself: that I love you and that I have forgiven you.” In this episode: • Why guilt creates a profound need for forgiveness• Why self-forgiveness can be so difficult• Why we seek confirmation that we were truly loved• What people often need from loved ones who have passed away• The connection between Divine love, forgiveness, and inner peace Discover the book and read three freesample chapters:https://chrisnielsenbooks.com

Forgiveness Beyond Death: Healing the Soul Through Past Life Regression - Ep. 53

What happens when, during a past life regression, we meet again a soul with whom we once shared love, pain, guilt, conflict, or unfinished emotions? In this episode of "TIME TRAVELING – A Spiritual Journey of Healing", Chris Nielsen explores how forgiveness and reconciliation can take place in the context of past life regression therapy — not as abstract spiritual ideas, but as deep inner processes that allow the soul to release what remained unresolved. A regression session is not only about remembering a past life. It can also become a space of healing, where the soul understands the deeper meaning of certain relationships, expresses what could not be said, receives what was missing, and begins to free itself from grief, anger, guilt, fear, or emotional pain carried across lifetimes. Inspired by the final chapters of "Being Pyotr Ilyich – Tchaikovsky’s Inner Life, Revealed by Himself 130 Years Later", this episode looks at the way a soul may reconnect with another soul beyond the limits of one lifetime — and how forgiveness can become one of the most powerful forms of spiritual healing. In this episode, we explore: • how unresolved emotions may continue to affect future lives• what can happen when two souls meet again during regression therapy• why expressing the unspoken is often essential for healing• how guilt, anger, grief, and pain can be released at soul level• why forgiveness does not mean denying what happened, but understanding it from a higher perspective• how reconciliation can help restore peace between souls At its heart, this episode asks a profound question: can a relationship be healed even after death, and can forgiveness free the soul from pain carried across lifetimes?
