077 | How to Train Your Brain to Notice the Good (Even When Life Feels Hard)

Your brain is finding exactly what you've been telling it to look for. Have you ever bought a new car and then suddenly started seeing that exact car everywhere? Same color. Same model.  Those cars were always there. Your brain just decided they mattered. The same thing is happening with your life. Your mind is constantly collecting evidence for the story it already believes. If it's been assigned to look for what's missing, what's hard, or how far behind you are, that's exactly what it'll keep finding. In this episode, Ashlee explains why your brain works this way, where those mental filters come from, and how to give your mind a new assignment so you start noticing the progress, the provision, the joy, the answered prayers, and the opportunities that have been there all along. This episode is for the woman who has done the inner work but still feels like she's overlooking the good in her own life. If you're tired of measuring your life by what's missing instead of what's growing, this conversation will help you redirect your attention in a way that's grounded, practical, and backed by how your brain actually works. Because what you consistently look for shapes what you're available to see, receive, and experience. 076 | How to Help Your Nervous System Slow Down and Enjoy Your Life

This summer isn't asking you to work harder. It's asking you to become available for joy. We just crossed the Summer Solstice, and in this short but soulFULL episode, Ashlee invites you to take everything you know about living with open hands and put something specific in them for this season: rest, play, lightness, and the simple pleasure of being alive right now. From letting your inner child out to dancing in your kitchen to doing one thing this week purely for the plot, this is your permission slip to stop earning your life and start enjoying it. This one is for the woman who's disciplined, driven, and so locked into her routines that joy has started to feel like something she has to earn. If your body gets nervous the moment you slow down, if you've been praying for the blessing but you're too busy and too tense to actually receive it, this episode will meet you right there. Ashlee shares reasons why your nervous system clings to the grind, why your joy is so much more than frivolous, and how letting yourself play is one of the most powerful ways to become available for everything else you've been asking for. 075 | What Are You Available to Receive? A Guided Journaling Practice

Most of us know exactly what we want. The harder question is whether we feel safe actually having it. Welcome to the very first episode of Available for More, the next chapter of this show. The name is new, the artwork is new, but the conversations we're having together is the thing I'm most excited about. We'll still go deep on identity, self-concept, mindset, healing, nervous system regulation, and subconscious reprogramming. We're just widening the lens to ask a bigger question: what are you becoming available for, and if it arrived tomorrow, would you actually be able to receive it? This episode is for the woman who's done the inner work and still feels herself pushing away the very things she's been praying for. Together we move through a guided journaling practice to help you become available for more, naming what you actually want, noticing where you're holding on too tightly, finding where you don't yet feel safe receiving, and declaring what you're making yourself available for in this season.  We also talk about why your subconscious mind and your nervous system will protect you from success, visibility, the healthy relationship, abundance, etc. when they don't feel safe, and what it takes to receive the life you say you want.  Light a candle, put on something soft, and give yourself permission to answer honestly.  Welcome to Available For MORE 🤎 If you'd like to support the Available For MORE podcast and help keep the show going, you can donate HERE.
