Backyard Magic: Raising Kids, Growing Herbs & Finding Your Rhythm🪿

Send us a text 🌻If you’ve ever felt gaslit by your own medical journey, carrying pain no one else could see, this episode is your reminder that you’re not alone. For the moms holding the emotional temperature of the whole household while trying to make space for your own healing, we see you. We honor you in this episode. 🐓Today’s conversation is with my lifelong friend Laura, who is an artist, herbalist, homeschool mom, and honorary Snow White. From chronic illness and her explant journey to building a dream home from the ground up (literally), Laura shares what it really looks like to return to yourself, piece by piece. 🧺We talk about the slow burn of starting a business, following your passions without rushing the process, and how synchronicity has shown up again and again throughout our lives. You’ll hear stories from our “Fuzz & Lala” days, what it means to raise creative, curious kids, and why Laura believes the messy, weird parts of you are the ones worth celebrating the most. We’re not like regular moms... we’re cool moms. And this isn’t your average healing story. 💫This episode is a deep breath for anyone trying to find their way back to themselves. We talk about purpose, presence, and what it means to create a life that feels like home in your body, your rhythm, and your spirit. ✨ Connect & Support Laura: • Instagram: @rosewoodstudiosnh + @rosewoodapotheca • Facebook: Rosewood Studios NH + Rosewood Apotheca • Website: www.rosewoodstudiosnh.com Support the show Connect with us: • Website: www.thebohemian603.com • Instagram: @thebohemianqueenpodcast • Facebook: @thebohemianqueenpodcast Credits: • Hosted by: Erin Hutchinson • Music and Editing by: Guerrilla Finger Productions Support the Show: • Rate & Review: Coming Soon • Contact us: thebohemianqueenpodcast@gmail.com

🔊From Riker’s to Rainbow Sounds: Frequency & Fierceness w/ Brooke

Send us a text 🎶In this wildly insightful episode, I sit down with Brooke, a licensed clinical social worker, certified sound practitioner, mama, foodie, Wu-Tang fan, and full-on sensory soul. She also happens to be the guest who’s traveled the furthest to be interviewed on The Bohemian Queen Podcast, and I’m beyond grateful for her time, wisdom, and unapologetic realness. 🧠Brooke shares her journey from working with youth in the justice system at Riker’s Island to stepping into a new rhythm as a sound healer and stay-at-home parent in the Valley. We talk about the psychology behind sound healing, how frequencies connect with our brainwaves and chakras, and why some chords just hit different (literally). 🐈‍⬛We even play the Practitioner’s Chalice live on the episode. Brooke explains why this low, earthy tone feels like grounding with the entire planet. And in one of my favorite moments, she drops the most perfect analogy: sometimes, the sensation of sound moving through your body is like when a cat puffs up and then shakes off all the stuck energy. ✈️We also dive into our mutual love of travel, especially the joy (and chaos) of bringing our daughters along to see the world. Brooke’s connection to her senses is a common thread through all her work, from psych education to parenting to the way she prepares a meal or holds space for healing. 💬This episode is raw, educational, sensory-rich, and soul-deep. If you’ve ever wanted to understand how trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and sound therapy intersect, you’re in for a treat.  🌐 Resources & Links Learn more about Rainbow Sounds and crystal singing bowl certifications: 🔗 https://www.rainbowsounds.co/?ref=brooke_karunanande Book recommendation: Teaching your child breathwork 📚 “Breathe Like a Bear” by Kira Willey Available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1623368839 Support the show Connect with us: • Website: www.thebohemian603.com • Instagram: @thebohemianqueenpodcast • Facebook: @thebohemianqueenpodcast Credits: • Hosted by: Erin Hutchinson • Music and Editing by: Guerrilla Finger Productions Support the Show: • Rate & Review: Coming Soon • Contact us: thebohemianqueenpodcast@gmail.com

God, Grit, and Getting Real w/ Rhianna🕊️

Send us a text ⛪ This episode is part sermon, part stand-up, and all heart. I sit down with my dear friend Rhianna, who is a practicing Catholic, mother, nurse, yogi, and sister in recovery. We have a conversation that bridges faith, healing, friendship, and spiritual discovery. 👯‍♀️Rhianna brings her heart and her humor as she shares about being blessed by a priest alongside her best friend, seeing the Pope live, and what it really means when she says, “My God’s a gentleman. He won’t force His way in, but He will softly knock.” 🕯️We talk about how her faith has evolved over time, how she stays grounded in recovery and motherhood, and why laughter is a sacred tool on this journey. This is also my very first episode featuring a guest from a strong Christian background, and I couldn’t be more honored to open that door with someone like Rhianna who is honest, reverent, and ready to ruffle a few feathers if needed. 💛Whether you’re spiritual, religious, recovering, or curious, this episode offers a beautiful reminder that the divine meets us exactly where we are… when we give ourselves permission to laugh, reflect, and make space for God to move. ✨ Warning: We get deep and we get silly. Anxiety: Too Sensitive… or Just Tuned In? 🌱

Send us a text 🎙️In this exposing solo episode, Erin dives deep into her personal experience with anxiety, the kind that takes over your thoughts, tightens your chest, and leaves you feeling ungrounded and unseen. She shares what it means to truly come home to yourself, how to rebuild self-trust, and why reminding your nervous system that you are safe is essential to healing. 🧿She also takes a raw, honest look at her past, offering deep self-forgiveness for the version of herself that was just trying to survive. Through acceptance and compassion, Erin explores how healing doesn’t mean erasing who you used to be… it means embracing her and letting her finally exhale. 🧠Whether you’re living with anxiety or supporting someone who is, this episode offers practical grounding tools, nervous system resets, and real talk on shifting the inner narrative. Erin explores the power of sensitivity, how to change the script in your head, and how to reconnect with the safety that already exists within you. ⚠️ Heads up: This episode includes a couple of F-bombs, if so you’re sensitive to that word, consider yourself lovingly warned. 💗 Bonus: You’ll also find a guided meditation attached to help you ground, breathe, and return home to yourself. 🎶 Episode vibe: “Root Down Deep" By Same Garrett My first guided meditation! Nature, Intuition, and the Power of Presence w/ Breanna McHenry🌾

Send us a text 🍃In this deeply rooted and reflective episode, I sit down with my friend Breanna McHenry, who is an intuitive guide, homeschooling mom, and nature-loving soul who brings a calm, steady presence to everything she does. We talk about her early connection to energy through dance, childhood ghost-hunting adventures with her dad, and how she slowly found her voice as a psychic and spiritual practitioner. Breanna shares how she tunes into Source, explores timelines and past-life themes, and creates space for deep, grounded healing through her readings and meditations. 🌬️We also chat about our shared love of breathwork, plant wisdom (yes, we ate clovers in the garden!), and the joy of reconnecting with the Earth in everyday life. At the end of the episode, Breanna offers a beautiful channeled message just for you, a reading for the collective consciousness of The Bohemian Queen community.
