Recording Your Audio We’ll record the interview via Teams, but to get that lovely, clean audio for the final edit, you’ll also record yourself separately on your smartphone. You don’t need any other equipment other than the smartphone and its built in microphone. It’s simple, and the result will sound more “thoughtful conversation” and less “budget hostage video.” Why We Do It Dual recording means better audio quality. We each record our own end, then we stitch them together at Carousel HQ.
