  1. Season 3, Episode 3 Trailer

S3E3 Music To My Ears (Trailer)

Not everyone can tell an impactful story through music, where each note exposes an emotion and every verse a powerful message. When you happen upon an artist who can, like I did, it feels like discovering something extraordinary. For me, it wasn't just my guest's voice that stopped me in my tracks that day. It was the way his music made me reminisce about love lost, love experienced, and perhaps even love still waiting to be found. Ending a relationship doesn't necessarily make it any easier to move on. I know that from experience.  But often times it is music that helps you heal from the heartbreak. Something that my guest touches on in this episode. Music breathes hope back into a wounded heart and reminds us that there is still room for love to grow inside. A soulful voice doesn't simply sing a song. It warms the heart; It tells a story; and It restores hope in love. When music is sung from the heart, you don't just hear it, you can feel it. Why? Because songs about love, when delivered through a truly soulful voice, have the power to pierce the soul, awaken emotions, and take us places where peace can be found, even for just a moment.   Songwriters such as my guest, Jarius White, aka Jairox, don't just make music, they make you feel like their lyrics were written specifically for you. My hope is that after listening to this entire episode, you'll come to understand what I discovered that day: a soulful voice has the power to tell the stories that our hearts only dream of experiencing. 3. Season 3, Episode 2 Trailer

S3E2 (Trailer) Life Lines For Baby Daddies

What does it really mean to become an effective father? In this episode, our guest shares his personal experiences, his background, and the lessons he learned through the Dads' Workshop, which  helped him become a more intentional and effective father. The Workshop challenges the societal stigma that often discourages men from asking for help. Through a multifaceted curriculum, trauma informed tools, and a strong peer support system, fathers are given a safe environment to confront challenges, develop healthier behaviors, and grow. The program also emphasizes emotional regulation, teaching practical techniques that can help fathers better understand and manage their emotions. Through role playing and other hands on exercises, participants are also able to explore difficult situations, including domestic abuse and other challenges that can affect families. But this conversation goes beyond the Workshop itself. Our guest discusses how these tools can help fathers overcome personal obstacles, strengthen their families, and become more intentional about the legacy they leave behind. Fatherhood is changing. The expectations placed on men are changing. The conversations surrounding emotional health, vulnerability, and asking for help are changing. And perhaps most importantly, men are discovering that seeking support isn't a sign of weakness. It's an investment in themselves, their families, and the generations that come after them. This episode explores those generational shifts in fatherhood while highlighting pathways for men everywhere to find support, community, and resources that can help them become the fathers and men they aspire to be.

  4. Season 3, Episode 1 Trailer

S3E1 (Trailer) Life Lines For Baby Daddies

What happens when fathers are given the tools, support, and accountability to become the men and parents they want to be? In this episode, our guest discusses the creation, structure, and philosophy behind The Dad's Workshop, a fatherhood program rooted in more than 20 years of community service and personal experience. The Workshop was created to address a reality that many men face: the societal stigma that can make asking for help feel like a sign of weakness. Instead, the Dad's Workshop creates an environment where fathers can seek support, develop practical skills, and confront personal challenges without having to navigate them alone. The program incorporates a multifaceted curriculum, trauma informed tools, peer support, emotional regulation techniques, and role playing exercises designed to help fathers address difficult circumstances, including domestic abuse and other challenges that can impact their families. But perhaps one of the most important principles discussed in this episode is accountability. The Workshop emphasizes goal setting, personal responsibility, and keeping the wellbeing of the child or children at the center of the process even when parents are experiencing significant personal conflict. Because when adults are struggling, children can often find themselves caught in the middle. This episode explores how fathers can move beyond their personal challenges, develop healthier patterns, and build stronger families while creating a different legacy for the next generation. It also examines the changing landscape of fatherhood and the growing recognition that being a strong father doesn't mean having all the answers. Sometimes strength means asking for help, accepting accountability, and being willing to change. The guest also discusses pathways for fathers and men everywhere to find supportive communities where they can learn, grow, and discover that they don't have to navigate fatherhood alone. Stronger fathers can help build stronger families and stronger families can help shape stronger generations.
