    For years, I thought healing would come through more discipline, more restriction, and finally achieving the “perfect” body. I believed freedom was always just one successful diet away. But after years of restrictive eating, body dissatisfaction, food obsession, and constantly feeling at war with myself, I eventually realised something had to change - not just my habits, but my mindset. In this episode, I’m sharing the five biggest mindset shifts that completely changed the way I approach food, health, weight, and my body. I talk honestly about the exhausting cycle of restrictive dieting, black-and-white thinking around food, the pressure many women feel to constantly shrink themselves, and why I no longer believe our bodies were meant to become our main focus in life. More importantly, I share how healing started when I stopped obsessing over becoming “less” and started becoming more grounded in my identity in Christ. If you’ve ever felt trapped in cycles of guilt around food, discouraged by dieting, consumed by body image struggles, or simply exhausted from trying to fix yourself all the time, I really think this conversation will encourage you.
