    12. That Girl Needs To Medicate- The ADHD Edition

    Hold on to your butts people, you are about to journey into the minds of a very unmedicated Crazy Lisa TM and a very frustrated (but appropriately medicated) Bik as ya girls explore and explain ADHD.  Sometimes they sound uber smart and scientific. Sometimes Bik tries to offer psychoeducation and anecdotal musings from her work as a therapist with ADHD. But more often than not, Lisa gets distracted by her Labubu obsession, a thought from earlier or something shiny over there... Ooo, squirrel!     11. That Girl Needs to Shelve the Parenting Doubt

    Get YOUR STOCKINGS AND YOUR BONNETS… WE RIDE AT DAWN. It's a ping pong marathon of a session today.  The girls explore the origins of the Patriarchy in the quest to find out if the asshole that dared give our beautiful Bik's parenting a critique has any right to interject. Being in their MumGuilt Era - the girls want to be sure they aren't f*****g up their kids (are they narcissists?). Did you know the clergy and witch trials are the reason why there is so much school admin? Should everyone just shelve all their medication? How do we prevent our boys from internalising shame when there are so many generations of trauma / historical foundations of emotional repression?  Can you overshare with you own kids?  So many questions.     10. That Girl Needs a New 7 Year Cycle

    It doesn't start strong ya'll - you'll see what I mean.. When it comes to growth; we are still feeling out the MUCHNESS - this time the muchness we want for those we love.   Lisa has plans for the week, and it is all going ON A WHITEBOARD ! Bik feels her cells regenerating. She can feel the winds of a new 7 year cycle rustling, but no one is overly sure what any of that means.  It's stuck in her head and she NEEDS to get it out. From the chinese numerological perspective.. to just sitting with and feeling out the concept as a whole; is this a thing? Is this a new cycle and if it is.. what is in store? Bik wants to know - Do we ever really stop evolving? Is there ever a time we can just settle into ourselves and all the work is done?  Do you ever know your entire self? Lisa thinks she pisses off the people who are settled in, and comfortable with their entire self.  She's also curious to understand what it would be like to go to bed with a silent brain that just goes to sleep.. We're not sure we find any answers, but if we have to know how or when we die.. Lisa is 100% certain on her feelings on that. Is this our first 2 part episode? (spoiler alert : defs not.
