    Episode 6: Habit & Change Philosophy

    Episode 3: Meet Sophie Coggins

    In this episode, Sophie Coggins shares her story—how she went from studying Psychology, to working as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS, to becoming a Yoga Therapist and founding Move & Heal CIC. It's been a winding path for her, shaped by deep personal loss, a passion for people, and a drive to bring healing where it’s needed most. After the passing of her wonderful Dad, she set off travelling the world—and everywhere she went, she found Yoga. Or maybe Yoga found her. Either way, it became her lifeline. Here, she talks about the teachers who shaped her, including her first Yoga teacher Marilyn, and how she blended her therapy background into Yoga and how this came together to form the foundation of the work she does today—making Yoga accessible, therapeutic, and real for people living with long-term health conditions such as chronic and persistent pain.     Episode 2 : Meet Jane Craggs

    In this episode, Sophie gets to do one of her favourite things: Sit back and listen to her Teacher and co-host, Jane Craggs, share her story. And trust me, it’s a good one. Jane is a Yoga educator, community builder, and fierce advocate for justice in the Yoga world. She’s also the only Svastha Yoga Therapy teacher trainer in the UK—and the teacher who guided me through my own training journey. We chat about her journey into Yoga back in the 90s, how she went from theatre production to yoga teacher training in Madrid, to opening Manchester’s first independent Yoga studio in the Northern Quarter. Jane’s taught Yoga in prisons, with older adults, and across diverse communities. Her inclusive, no-nonsense approach is exactly what this podcast is all about.
