    017 - Ezekiel’s Cherubim

Simeon sits down with Ron and Clint of “Ezekiel’s Cherubim”, a two-piece acoustic group from Western Pennsylvania, for a conversation about their music, their past, their faith, and where they’re headed next. We talk about their journey through multiple groups over the past 10 years, what it means to be an independent artist, how their faith influences who they are and what they create, and what the future could look like for Ezekiel’s Cherubim. More than anything, this episode is just about getting to know Ron and Clint as people and letting the conversation go wherever it naturally takes us. We wrap things up with a special mini jam session as Ezekiel’s Cherubim perform “This Clown” live in the DDF Studio. A really good conversation with two great local artists. 🤝🎸 Listen to Ezekiel’s Cherubim here: https://youtube.com/@ezekielscherubim?si=t33SW0UOsN4xCf-6 Follow Ezekiel’s Cherubim on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ezekielscherubim?igsh=MXhscTZwd3hrMHdsNQ==

    011-Keliiooo

This week on The Drop Dead Fred Show, I linked with Keliioo, an 18-year-old artist out of Western PA who’s been dropping music since middle school and already racked up 70K+ SoundCloud streams. He pulled up with his boy Colby, who’s been rocking with him since day one—even though they first met while beefing. We talked about the grind of building an independent career, the push toward 100K streams, and had a few off-the-cuff moments that show who Keliioo really is outside the music. It’s raw, it’s funny, and it’s what this show is all about—independent voices telling their story. Check out Keliiooo: https://youtu.be/yWx6LrrA4UI?si=NVEfS6cNPLqAguy3 DWYL & K E E P G O I N G
