    Virtual tours are dead. 💀

    The industry just hasn’t realized it yet. For years, real estate has sold buildings like it’s 1995 — one model suite, a few renderings, a marketing fantasy. But a building isn’t one room. It’s hundreds of unique homes, each with its own light, flow, and story. I’ll be honest — the first time I saw Matterport, I thought it would rule real estate forever. It was magic. But that magic stopped at a handful of units. In 2025, that limitation is obsolete. We now have the tech to scale digital twins across entire portfolios — thousands of unit-level experiences generated automatically from plans, connected to pricing and leasing systems, and alive long before or long after construction. Developers use it to pre-sell what doesn’t exist. Property managers use it to showcase units months before they’re vacant. We’re not visualizing buildings.     I Was a Fake Buyer

    A form is a wall. - SuitesFlow is a bridge. Last month, I stepped into the shoes of a luxury condo buyer in Miami. Not as a proptech founder. As a fake lead. Here’s what happened: -* I filled out a form with a burner email. -* Then a second form to “confirm interest.” -* Then got spammed with follow-ups—emails, calls, even voicemails. (still get them now after more than 4 weeks ghosting them! All without seeing the actual unit, availability or price. This is the standard funnel for brokers, developers, and property managers in 2025. But it’s not a funnel. It’s a trap.  The fear is obvious:  “If I show too much, they’ll walk away.”  So the instinct is:  Gate. Control. Pressure. But when did withholding information become a sales strategy?
