    Self-abandonment is a very real thing and some of the most big hearted, caring, compassionate, loving people are dealing with some of the most crippling heartache and pain because of self-abandonment. They learned to love other’s well but never really truly learned to LOVE themselves well at all.     EP #6 Moving Forward, Even After Infidelity
