63 \\ The Hidden Idols in Your Heart: What Witchcraft Really Looks Like

What if witchcraft isn't always what you've been taught to fear? What if some of the greatest expressions of witchcraft aren't found in dark practices—but in our daily attempts to control outcomes, avoid conviction, and resist God's transforming work in our lives? In this episode of Jesus Timeout, we're taking a fresh look at two uncomfortable but deeply important topics: idolatry and witchcraft. Using Galatians 5, Romans 1, Romans 12, and the story of Dagon falling before the Ark of the Covenant in 1 Samuel 5, we'll explore how idols are often the things we think about most, trust most, depend on most, or devote ourselves to more than God. For some people, it's money. For others, it's success, relationships, children, approval, comfort, control, influence, productivity, security, or even ministry. We'll also unpack why Scripture lists witchcraft as a work of the flesh and how the flesh constantly tries to preserve itself by convincing us that we don't need to change. Rather than submitting to God's refining work, the flesh seeks shortcuts, self-preservation, control, and relief without transformation. The Holy Spirit doesn't merely manage symptoms—He goes after roots. And while that process can be uncomfortable, it leads to the freedom we've been praying for.   If you're ready to grow in hearing God's voice, discernment, courage, identity, and prophetic maturity, join us for our upcoming 5-Day Prophetic Summit. Over five days we'll explore what it means to hear God clearly, trust what He's saying, and become the kind of leader who can faithfully steward revelation. Have you ever found yourself asking God, "How much longer?" You've prayed. You've obeyed. You've planted seeds. You've stayed faithful. Yet the fruit you've been believing for seems delayed. In this episode of Jesus Timeout, we're diving into the powerful truth found in Colossians 2:7 and Psalm 1. Before a tree ever bears fruit, it first develops roots. If you're frustrated by the waiting, discouraged by slow progress, or wondering if your obedience is making a difference, this conversation will encourage you to see your season through Heaven's perspective. What feels like delay may actually be preparation. In this episode, you'll discover: • Why God develops roots before fruit • How hidden seasons prepare you for visible impact • What Psalm 1 reveals about lasting fruitfulness • Why maturity matters more than immediate results • How to stay encouraged when the harvest seems delayed • The connection between spiritual depth and Kingdom influence • Why your current season may be preparing you for your greatest fruitfulness yet God is not ignoring your prayers. 56 \\ Love Seeks Not Its Own | The Heart Check We Avoid

In this powerful episode of Jesus Time Out, we slow down and let the Word examine the places we often overlook. Drawing from 1 Corinthians 13, Juliana unpacks what true love really is—and what it is not. Love does not seek its own. Love does not scheme, control, or twist situations for personal advantage. Love is not easily provoked. It does not use sharp words, hidden motives, or emotional reactions to wound others. Love thinks no evil. It does not keep mental files of offenses, replay wrongs, or build identity around bitterness. Many people call things “love” that are actually fear, insecurity, pride, trauma responses, control, or self-protection. This episode is an invitation to take a real Jesus Time Out—to sit with God long enough for Him to reveal the gaps in the heart, not to shame us, but to heal us. God exposes what needs transformation because He intends to fill those places with mercy, maturity, and His agape love. If you’ve ever struggled with offense, resentment, manipulation, defensiveness, relational tension, or realizing you may not be as loving as you thought, this conversation will bring conviction, clarity, and hope.   If you want to go deeper: → Join us in Courage Co.-- Where you build the internal capacity to live, lead, and move forward with God. www.courageco.org   ACCESS EXCLUSIVE REPLAYS:  You can access the Full Capacity Live immersion replay and experience the entire day, including teachings, panels, and activations. https://julianapage.info/fullcapacityimmersion   → Masterclass Replay: “Why You’re Not Breaking Through: Understanding the Capacity Gap” GET IT HERE: www.courageco.org
