When one of their best agents goes missing and there's barely a lead to follow, Minister Cyrus Aldridge sends Agents Spencer Davenport and Desdemona Griffin to find her. The catch? Davenport is used to working alone and resents having to take a partner. Griffin has only read about Spencer's exploits, but she knows his reputation. Neither of them are keen on working together, but they'll do what they have to in order to complete the mission. Along the way they'll uncover a mystery unlike anything they have faced before.
