Episode # 24-The Moment You Notice the Door Is Open

Send us Fan Mail The Moment You Notice the Door Is Open Sometimes the moments that change us don't arrive with fanfare. They don't come with certainty, clear directions, or flashing signs telling us where to go next. In this episode, I reflect on an ordinary lunch break that became an unexpected lesson about timing, visibility, and the quiet ways life unfolds. What started as a search for a small deli led to a realization about missed signs, unexpected detours, and the moments we almost walk past because we're too focused on where we thought we were supposed to be. Through a simple encounter with a stranger, I found myself reflecting on how often we look for big answers while life is quietly placing open doors in front of us. Maybe the delay isn't the problem. Maybe the detour isn't the mistake. Maybe some of life's most meaningful moments arrive when we stop looking for signs and simply notice the door that has been open all along. binghamalignment.com Support the show Thank you for being here, sis. Episode 23- I'm Not Her Anymore and That's Ok.

Send us Fan Mail There comes a moment in life when you realize you are no longer the woman you used to be. Not because you failed. Not because you lost yourself. But because life, healing, growth, and truth have slowly been changing you from the inside out. In this deeply reflective episode of Soulfully Aligned, Maxine sits with the quiet tension between who we once were and who we are becoming. Together, we explore the grief of outgrowing old versions of ourselves, the comfort of familiarity, and the courage it takes to become more honest about what we truly need. This conversation is for the woman who has spent years holding everything together for everyone else… and is now learning how to come back home to herself. If you’ve been feeling more reflective lately… more emotional… more aware of yourself and your needs… this episode will remind you that you are not falling apart. You are becoming. If today’s episode resonated with you, I created a gentle companion reflection journal called The Becoming Journal to help you sit with some of the thoughts and emotions explored in this conversation. Eps 21: Identity Shift After 40--The Mirror Moment

Send us Fan Mail There comes a moment many women experience after forty… It doesn’t arrive loudly.  It doesn’t demand attention. It shows up quietly — in the middle of a routine day.  Sitting in traffic.  Walking into work.  Staring at a blank screen. And a question begins to surface: “Is this all there is to life?” In this episode of Soulfully Aligned, we explore the identity shift that often happens after forty — the quiet awakening that invites you to look beyond the roles you’ve carried for years and reconnect with who you are becoming. This isn’t about starting over.  It’s about becoming more honest with yourself. If you’ve been feeling restless…  If life has started to feel repetitive…  If you’ve found yourself wondering when it will finally be your turn… This episode is for you. Inside this conversation, we explore:  Why identity shifts happen after 40  The hidden grief many women don’t talk about  The exhaustion of living life on autopilot  And how to begin reconnecting with yourself — gently and honestly Because sometimes… the moment a woman asks, “When will it be my turn?”  is the very moment her turn has already begun. ✨ If this episode resonates, share it with another woman who might need to hear it. 🎧 Ready to go deeper? Episode 18: The Quiet Room - Soulfully Aligned

Send us Fan Mail  Have you ever felt invisible—like you learned early to stay quiet or blend into the background just to feel safe? In this episode, The Quiet Room, I explore how invisibility is often learned, not chosen. Through personal stories and gentle reflection, we look at how early experiences shape the way we show up—and how many of us learned to disappear to avoid disappointment, rejection, or being overlooked. We’ll talk about staying quiet, self-abandonment, why speaking up can feel uncomfortable, and how our bodies remember what it meant to stay small. This isn’t about becoming louder or forcing confidence.  It’s about becoming more present, more honest, and more connected to yourself. If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t belong or that your voice didn’t matter, this conversation is for you. Until next time, I want you to be who you were created to be.  If today’s episode resonated with you, I’ve created a short, gentle mini journal to help you reflect and reconnect at your own pace.
