This isn't about judging yourself. It's about understanding yourself. Because every behaviour makes sense when you understand the pattern beneath it. Reflection Questions Take some quiet time this week and gently explore these questions: Where in my life am I spending the most energy convincing myself that everything is okay?What truth keeps quietly returning, no matter how many times I push it away?What story have I been telling myself that once protected me?Does that story still serve the person I am today?What feels familiar in my life simply because it's familiar, not because it's healthy?Whose comfort have I been protecting... at the expense of my own peace?What does my body already know that my mind keeps debating?Remember, these aren't questions to answer quickly. They're invitations to become curious. Because insight creates awareness. Awareness creates choice. And choice is where freedom begins.
