    13. What If Everything Is Spiritual?

Send us Fan Mail What if your spiritual life isn't separate from your everyday life? In this episode of Unfiltered & Unapologetic, Caitlin explores what she means when she says everything is spiritual—not because everything that happens is a sign from God or every difficult experience was sent to teach us a lesson, but because our relationship with God can exist within every part of our lives. From the way we care for our bodies and protect our peace to the way we navigate our careers, relationships, money, rest, health, and even the moments when life doesn't make sense, spirituality can show up in places we don't always think of as "spiritual." Caitlin also reflects on self-care as stewardship, listening to your body, finding God in nature, allowing yourself to rest, and learning to move through difficult seasons without needing to find a divine explanation for everything. Because maybe spirituality isn't something we practice for twenty minutes and then put away. Maybe our real lives are the spiritual practice. In this episode: • Why Caitlin believes God is present in the ordinary parts of life • Caring for your body as a form of stewardship • What work, relationships, and money can reveal about us • Why rest can require faith and trust • Finding God and gratitude through nature • Why not everything has to be a sign or a lesson • Having faith without needing an explanation for everything • Becoming more intentional about how we live the life we've been given 🎧 Listen, reflect, and share this episode with someone who might need this conversation. 12.

12. Stop Being Mad at People for Not Being Who You Need Them to Be

Send us Fan Mail How many times can someone show us who they are before we finally believe them? Sometimes the frustration we feel in our relationships isn’t only about what someone did. It’s about the fact that they still haven’t become the person we hoped they would be. In this episode of Unfiltered & Unapologetic, we’re talking about learning to accept people for who they are without lowering our standards or ignoring our own needs. We get into the resentment behind “But I would’ve done it for you,” why we sometimes hold onto someone’s potential instead of paying attention to their patterns, and what happens when the person you love simply cannot give you what you need. We also talk about family and the complicated feelings that can come with recognizing that someone may have done the best they knew how to do—and you still needed something they couldn’t give you. Because accepting someone doesn’t mean giving them unlimited access to you. Sometimes you adjust your expectations. Sometimes the relationship changes. And sometimes you realize it’s time to let go. This episode also includes reflection questions and a prayer to help you look at your relationships with more clarity, compassion, and peace. 🤎 A question to sit with: If this person never changes, can you genuinely accept the relationship exactly as it is today? 11. What if it all works out?

Send us Fan Mail What if the thing you're overthinking right now… actually works out? Sometimes we convince ourselves that constantly thinking ahead means we're prepared. We replay conversations that haven't happened, imagine everything that could go wrong, and try to solve problems that don't even exist yet—all because not knowing what comes next makes us uncomfortable. In this episode of Unfiltered & Unapologetic, we're talking about anxiety, overthinking, fear of the unknown, and the difference between preparing for the future and trying to control it. I also share one of the biggest lessons I've been learning lately: anxiety often feels urgent, while intuition can be much quieter. And sometimes that feeling of “I just know something is going to go wrong” isn't intuition at all—it's anxiety looking for an answer. We also talk about how expecting the worst can stop us from enjoying what's already going right, trusting yourself to handle problems when they actually happen, and what it means to believe that everything is working in your favor without expecting life to always go your way. And ultimately, we talk about faith—trusting God even when you don't know what He's doing yet. Maybe you don't need to figure everything out today. Maybe you don't need to predict the next chapter. Maybe you can let tomorrow arrive when it gets here. And maybe… it all works out. ✨ In this episode: • Anxiety vs. intuition • Overthinking and fear of the unknown • Why we expect the worst • Learning to stop predicting the future • How anxiety can steal joy from the present • Trusting yourself when you don't have all the answers • Faith and letting go of control • Believing things are working in your favor 🎙️ Unfiltered & Unapologetic Faith • Wealth • Wellness Follow the podcast: Instagram & TikTok: @unfilandunapologeticpod Support Unfiltered & Unapologetic🤍  If this episode resonated with you, here are a few ways you can support the show:  Leave a comment/review/rating on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify or where ever you listen — I read them and they mean so much! 11. ¿Y Si Todo Termina Saliendo Bien?

10. Why We Keep Waiting for Permission

Send us Fan Mail At some point, we became adults—but nobody ever sat us down and said, “Okay, you don’t have to ask us anymore.” So even when we’re capable of making our own decisions, many of us still look around for approval. We ask our parents. Our friends. Our partners. Sometimes we ask five different people what they think when, deep down, we already know what we want. But are we actually asking for advice… or are we asking for permission? In this episode of Unfiltered & Unapologetic, we’re talking about why approval can feel safer than trusting our own decisions, why disappointing someone can feel like doing something wrong, and how family expectations—especially in first-generation and immigrant families—can make choosing your own path feel like ingratitude. We also talk about being more intentional about whose opinions actually deserve influence over our decisions, the difference between seeking wisdom and seeking permission, and what happens when the approval we’ve been waiting for never comes. And from a faith perspective, we explore something important: God gave you your specific path to walk. Not everyone around you is going to understand every decision you make along the way—and maybe they were never meant to. In this episode, we talk about:  Asking for advice vs. asking for permission  Why approval makes decisions feel safer  Fear of disappointing the people we love  First-generation guilt and family expectations  Gratitude vs. feeling obligated to live someone else’s version of success  Being intentional about whose advice you take  Making decisions other people don’t understand  Faith, discernment, and trusting God’s direction  Learning to trust yourself without ignoring wise counsel  Taking responsibility for the life you’re actually responsible for living A question to take with you this week: If nobody could approve or disapprove of your decision… what would you choose? Because you can ask for advice without asking for permission. And sometimes the path God gave you won’t make sense to everybody else. It wasn’t given to them to walk. 10.

A nuestros amigos. A nuestra pareja.
