    We're halfway through the year, and before you start thinking about everything you haven't achieved yet, I want to invite you to pause. This episode isn't about productivity, goals, or putting more pressure on yourself. It's about taking an honest look at where you are, who you're becoming, and whether the life you're creating is actually aligned with the woman you want to be. Together, we'll reflect on what's changed this year, what's no longer serving you, what's working, what's not, and where your current habits, decisions, and patterns are leading you. Because the truth is, if nothing changes, nothing changes. So grab a journal, take a deep breath, and let's do a mid-year check-in together. 🤍 Journal Prompts: 1. People pleasing? External validation?) 7. If you continue exactly as you are today... Where will you be on December 31st? (Financially? Emotionally? Physically? Professionally?) 8. Where do you want to be on December 31st? (How do you want to feel? What do you want your life to look like? Who do you want to be?) 9. What needs to happen between now and then? (Habits to build? Decisions to make? Boundaries to set?
