Jennifer Chase is a certified life coach who specializes in helping the loved ones of addicts navigate the chaos, shame, and grief that often come with addiction. She’s not just a coach, she’s also a woman in recovery, the daughter of an alcoholic, and the mother of a recovering addict. Jennifer knows this journey from every angle, and she’s turned that pain into purpose by helping others find clarity, set boundaries, and begin to find peace. Our conversation was not only deep but profound in just how much we could resonate with one another having so many similar circumstances. Tom is a conservative believer and not part of any organized religion or denomination. He has many stories about the miraculous power of God working in and through his life over the last 56 years. Including how God brought him through being a suicidal teenage alcoholic, when he was terminally ill with cancer after his mother had just died of cancer, and the trauma he endured. After meeting the Lord and being miraculously healed at age 16, he dedicated his life to God. Not only as an engineer running his own successful Software Design Company for 45 years; but at the same time living through an abusive marriage, being a leader in local churches, and living through severe leadership and church abuse and trauma. we conversed about several topics and had amazing conversation leaving his story unfinished, although we could have talked for a few more hours this episode is packed with a lot and you wont want to miss it.
