Tonight’s show reminded me: nothing changes if nothing changes. I learned that faith, the size of a mustard seed, can move mountains. I was a runner, someone who didn’t give a f**k and my life felt like that. Then the narrative changed: I started giving a f**k and suddenly my life looked different.
