Episode 13 - Fresh, The expected experience reimagined

Fresh Has Landed! Traction Rec just launched the biggest thing in company history, and this episode breaks it all down. Meet Fresh: a suite of AI-powered products built right on top of the Salesforce foundation you already know and trust, designed to modernize your organization and strip away the friction your members and staff run into every single day. We're talking natural-language registration that feels as easy as booking a restaurant table, facility booking that kills the double-booking headache for staff while giving members an easy way to reserve space themselves, and camp operations that ditch the spreadsheets for good. All without ripping out a single thing you already have. In this episode, we cover what Fresh actually is, and what it means whether you're a longtime Traction Rec customer or you're eyeing the exit from a legacy system that just can't keep up anymore. This isn't the future of AI. It's the future of community and rec operations, built for the people who show up for their community every day. Catching us at GA or NRPA this month? Swing by the booth, our team's on-site and ready to talk all things Fresh. Can't make it? Join our next Monthly Community Meetup, or drop into our customer Slack or LinkedIn. The conversation doesn't stop when the episode ends. Tune in, laugh with us, and get the inside scoop on what’s next!
