    6. Money and Worthiness: Fun Practice to Raise Your Self-Worth and Manifest More Abundance

    Have you ever noticed the tricky connection between money and self-worth? In the episode, I dive deep into how the worthiness wounds we received when we were young affect how comfortable or *uncomfortable* we feel around luxury, having more money, and being in "high-end" spaces.     3. How I Ended My 8 Year Cycle of Depression

    This one was almost too vulnerable for me to share. In this episode, I share my process of breaking unhelpful patterns in my life and how I applied it to my long cycle of depression. I talk about 6 things I did that were the catalyst of my healing and helped me get out of that state of being for good. I talk about the fear that depression would come back and why I no longer have it. I talk about hope, and light, and having faith when you feel powerless. I hope you will be able to extrapolate this leverage process and apply it to the patterns in your life that you'd like to change.
