    Beauty & The baggage 👜

Let’s talk beauty… but not the way you’re used to! In this episode, we rewind to our awkward teenage years to unpack how beauty standards shaped us. From random insecurities we picked up like freebies to the “designer baggage” we still carry today—it’s part rant, part free therapy. So grab your coffee, wine, or sheet mask, and tune in—you’ll laugh, cringe, and probably relate way more than you expect. 💕 Follow TLLS on Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/thelonglostsisters?igsh=MTgxa3N4bWcyY25ncg== Credits: Shreya Shanker - Co-Host https://www.instagram.com/shreyashanker?igsh=bzhwZGZsbG16Zjg4 Sonal Sharma - Co host https://www.instagram.com/sonalsharrmma?igsh=MThicHBueXh0c25wNg== Editor - Shrey Joshi https://www.instagram.com/24framesofshrey?igsh=a3Fzcm9tdmx4Nmdh Music - Rupak Iyer https://www.instagram.com/rupak_music?igsh=MTNtODVnaXN3Ynd5aw== Chapters: 0:00 - Introduction to our therapy session 0:40 - Sonal's teenage waxing revelation 3:15 - Shreya's Alopecia journey 8:05 - How society got Sonal worried about her hair 10:42 - Are big ears really a problem? 13:10 - Society makes you fix features your parents love 15:05 - Relentless beauty industry 16:50 - Clear skin pressure 19:18 - Weight, body & worth 22:14 - Do you really love your nose? 24:07 - Shreya was asked to "Fix her face" 26:47 - We feel sorry for the Nepo babies 27:56 - We're born with Thick skin not Fake skin 28:21 - A Therapeutic closure Comment down your insecurities projected by others and see how vocalising it makes you feel ten times better 💕

Born, Raised & Transferred: The Fauji kid story

Life in an Indian Defence Family In this deeply personal and unfiltered conversation, we’ve come together to look back & reminisce something that connects us at our core - being born and raised in Indian Army families. Growing up surrounded by olive green has shaped our personalities, our values, and the way we see the world. We couldn’t help but notice the striking similarities in our lives - shifting homes and schools every few years, spending time in cantonments, visiting our fathers posted in active counter-insurgency zones, and witnessing the discipline, resilience, and pride that defines military life. This episode is a heartfelt tribute: 🇮🇳 To our fathers and all defence personnel — who put their country before everything else. ❤️ To our mothers and army wives — who managed entire households with strength and grace, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. 🎖️ And to all the Army Brats — who will know exactly what we’re talking about. Here’s to the bittersweet nostalgia, the discipline, the pride, and the privilege of being raised by the Indian Armed Forces. #jaihind Follow TLLS on https://www.instagram.com/thelonglostsisters?igsh=MTgxa3N4bWcyY25ncg== Credits: Shreya Shanker - Co host https://www.instagram.com/shreyashanker?igsh=bzhwZGZsbG16Zjg4 Sonal Sharma - Co host https://www.instagram.com/sonalsharrmma?igsh=MThicHBueXh0c25wNg== Editor - Shantanu Sangeeth Sivan https://www.instagram.com/sivanshantanu12?igsh=MXVlcW42cWhrZTg0NQ== Music - Rupak Iyer https://www.instagram.com/rupak_music?igsh=MTNtODVnaXN3Ynd5aw== @ADGPIINDIANARMY
